This show is going to go longer than our normal show; be advised to allow the extra time.

We discussed anxiety and stress in the bonus episode last week and how many are feeling a lot stress and strain during this time as the Corona virus continues its path and impacting us all.

I wanted to share a strategy using mindfulness that I was shown that helped me tremendously in learning to calm my mind during times of stress and strain.

I want to be clear that this is my path and I offer it as an example that you may learn to find yours. If you like what you hear, I will share the prezi that I keep on my Ipad that allows me to focus quickly as a starting point for you:

Thank you for the comments that support the podcast, it is very moving to know that what I share offers assistance to others. We are all on this path together.
