Jennifer Barner is the founder of Lighthouse Ventures, Inc., a private equity real estate investment firm. She is a real estate investment specialist with a degree in Finance. Over the last several years, she invested as an LP in other syndications while waiting for the opportunity to GP a deal of her own. She recently became the GP of her own 72 Unit is northwest Arkansas. In her spare time, she owns and operates another 17 doors in the Kansas City Area while rehabbing and adding to their real estate portfolio. Jennifer currently lives in the Kansas City area with her husband and is blessed to be mom to four young adults.
