Jeffrey St Laurent took the leap and launched his full-time seminar & coaching business in 2004 after graduating from the Institute for Professional Excellence in Coaching (iPEC) after spending nearly 20 years in the fitness industry.

Since then, he has devoted well over 12,000 coaching hours to clients and is a highly sought-after presenter and business coach.

Jeffrey is the author of the highly inspiring book “Being Fulfilled,” as well as five other personal and business development audio/video training programs that benefit entrepreneurs at all levels of conscious development.

In 2014 Jeff shifted his focus to Helping Coaches Transition to a Full-Time Business as he saw a huge need because most coaches struggled. Now, as a mentor coach with his business SellingCoaching.com he is dedicated to showing coaches how to structure their business from the ground up and get comfortable with the skillset of selling.

Jeff’s WHY through it all is simple: “To be a part of people’s success.”
