Mark is a no nonsense, tell it like it is kind of guy.  Not a fan of over-hyped products I think he agrees with one of my favorite maxims, under-promise and over-deliver!  He has build his web traffic on providing excellent, original content that both readers and search engines love and built his product success on providing more value than his customers expect.
