This week we welcome the CEO and Founder of Boulo Solution, Delphine Carter. Delphine has found her purpose in helping stay-at-home parents join the workforce by matching them with flexible job opportunities.

Women with large gaps in their resumes are finding it difficult to get hired. Boulo builds a 360º profile for each woman, encouraging potential employers to get hooked on the person, not the resume. In addition to job placement, Boulo also offers career mobility advice. They provide women with resources, coaches, and mentors for support. Boulo has now helped over 1,000 women on their platform and has generated over $1M in revenue.

Delphine has over 10 years of experience in product development roles. She was able to fund Boulo’s $500,000 seed stage while working and raising children during the pandemic.
