As busy women, we're always trying to get everything done in our day. Working in our business, juggling family responsibilities, keeping up with the housekeeping, cooking and trying to find some time out for ourselves. In today's episode I'm talking about why I prefer creating simple routines over strict schedules and how it has helped me manage all of my responsibilities while still finding time out for me. It wasn't always this way!
