Another episode of Mama Zen!
I made an intro for the show, I thought it was cute and hope you guys feel like its a good representation of our relationship. We get serious, I open up to you about the end of a 5 year relationship, how lost of identity happens all to easily, and how we are taking back whats ours to feel like ourselves again. Im going to help you stay true to yourself while being confident in the decisions you've made for YOU, because the only person that matters first is you mami. 
As a brown women I felt some obligation to speak up about the shame that is brought upon us for divorcing men... after a very hurtful comment from my father it reminded me how fortunate I am to be strong enough to make that decision here in the U.S.
