I’m Emily Cleghorn, a mama of 2 learning how to navigate mamahood at the same time I heal my childhood trauma.

This podcast is for mamas who are ready to give it their all to break the generational cycle of toxic and dysfunctional relationships in their family to embrace love for themselves and others.
