My wife and I did a multitrack vocal on this traditional hymn. I just played the rhythm parts. This is a rough draft and we plan to add mando and fiddle soon.
Tune I learned off of Mark Stoffel's CD One o' Five.
Thought I'd start out the New Year by recording a medley of some old, but timeless gospel hymns. Played on my Loar LM-400 mandolin, of course.
An old danish folk tune, originally played on fiddle for dances. It might be from some theatrical play of a kind. I'll see if I can figure that out later.
