Carmit Bachar joins Stef on the podcast today!  Carmit is best known as one of the original members of the multi-platinum, Grammy nominated, recording group The Pussycat Dolls. Carmit shares her story which includes working as a backup dancer for Beyonce, Jennifer Lopez, Ricky Martin, Janet Jackson, Gwen Stefani and more.  This early work led to a choreography career and ultimately her own path as an artist in a hugely successful pop group. Carmit shares her story which also includes taking a break to have her daughter.  They talk about parenting, life perspective, mental health, hormones and more!  The Pussycat Dolls have reunited and are embarking on a world tour in April.  Carmit talks about what it is like to be back.
