In today's Part 1 of a 2 part Series; I'm going to dive deep into my personal story. This was really hard for me to share; but I also know that when I share my story with others - it empowers those who can relate to see how powerful they really are.

April is Child Abuse Awareness month and in today's episode; I want to share with you the experiences that made me who I am. My childhood is why I'm so passionate about teaching others the importance of protecting your energy, following your dreams, and trusting your intuition above all. 

I spent years of my life; trying to protect the people I loved by being silent but it ended up causing me a lot of emotional and physical pain that transformed into health issues. 

What I've learned is that Child Abuse survivors carry so much shame & they seek to protect those who have hurt them - and so they rarely come out and speak the full extent of their experiences and how it shaped them.

And so I want you to know - my story, so you can see what is possible for you and anyone that you love who has faced this.
