I'm often asked by friends or my clients:

"What do I do first, to change my life?" and I couldn't figure out how I went from struggling with self harm and being a victim of child abuse to being an empowered, confident online business owner and speaker.

But as I researched my journals, I realized - before I could do all the "steps" to manifesting what I wanted.... I had to first admit that I was RESPONSIBLE for my change. I couldn't wait for my parents to say sorry to me or wait for my situations to change before I became who I needed to be to manifest the freedom I wanted from the cult I was raised in or the location I was living.
