It came from a conversation we were having about 'robustness', which is part of my FRED Framework (physical strength) when it comes to moving, and he mentioned something about how he's doing rental arbitrage. I was like, 'time out- what is that??' I had never heard of it, have you?? ⁠⁠It's when you do a long term rental agreement with a landlord to rent out that place short term. It's a great alternative to buying a place and rent it out on a short term basis, but there are some pros and cons.
