In 2007, I graduated from college with a degree in Industrial Engineering and went to work as a construction supervisor.
Study hard at school, get an engineering job, and work at said job for 40 years.
But then I started investing in a SIMPLE single family home rental
With $2200 a month rent and $1600 mortgage payment.... That was a lot of beer money For an early twenty year old engineer
