0:20

begin. Welcome,

0:30

it is The Mark Levin Show, Ben Ferguson filling

0:32

in for the great one who is on assignment.

0:50

Is that a good way of putting him as a producer? He's

0:52

on assignment. I love being able to say that. He's

0:55

on assignment. It's going to be a good one. I

0:57

can promise you that. He'll be back with you. I

0:59

can promise you very, very soon, but I'll be holding

1:02

down the fort for the next three hours. All

1:04

right, I am not going to spend a

1:06

lot of time on O.J. Simpson. But

1:09

I do want you to

1:11

understand that O.J. Simpson dying

1:13

is actually a very important

1:16

moment to talk about

1:18

this country, talk about history, and

1:20

to explain especially to young people

1:22

what happened with the

1:24

O.J. Simpson trial. O.J. Simpson

1:27

passed away. O.J. Simpson, I

1:29

believe, was an individual that was a murderer. I

1:32

believe that he killed two people, cold blooded murder.

1:34

I believe that O.J. Simpson is a horrible human

1:36

being, and I believe that O.J. Simpson was an

1:38

abusive individual based on everything that we know about him,

1:40

and apparently I'm not the only one that believes that.

1:44

But when he was in trial, when

1:47

the O.J. Simpson trial happened after the,

1:49

you know, the white Ford Bronco

1:52

Chase and everything else, there

1:54

was one thing that was on the minds of

1:56

the people that were there on that jury. How

1:59

do we know this? Because the people on that

2:01

jury have spoken since he was

2:03

acquitted when he was found not guilty. And

2:06

what did they say? They said it was real simple. We

2:08

saw what happened to Rodney King. And

2:11

we saw what happened in the riots,

2:13

the LA riots, after the beating of

2:15

Rodney King, which was also a horrific

2:17

moment in American history. And

2:20

what the jurors said, and this is what

2:22

is important that we remember, is the jury

2:24

said we weren't deciding if

2:26

O.J. Simpson was guilty or not

2:29

guilty. We were deciding how we

2:31

were going to respond to what happened with

2:33

Rodney King, and this was payback for

2:35

Rodney King. Now

2:38

again, this comes from a documentary,

2:40

a reporter who was asking one of the

2:42

jurors on the O.J. Simpson trial, and

2:44

I want you to listen to this carefully. Do

2:48

you think that they're members of the jury

2:51

that voted to acquit O.J. because

2:54

of Rodney King? Yes.

2:56

You did? Yes. How

2:59

many of you think felt that way? Oh,

3:01

about 90 percent. 90

3:06

percent? Did

3:08

you feel that way? Yes. That

3:11

was payback. Mm-hmm. You

3:13

think that's right? She

3:20

puts her hands up in the air and

3:22

basically does the, I don't know, face and

3:24

puts her hands back down. How

3:27

many have you think felt

3:29

that way? Referring to the jurors, oh, probably 90

3:31

percent of them. 90 percent? Did you

3:33

feel that way? Yes. Was that payback?

3:36

She puts her hands up? Uh-huh. Now, I

3:38

remind you of the history of that to

3:40

then go to what the problem is and

3:42

why this is an important issue now, and

3:45

it concerns me because we have lost our

3:47

way with our justice system in this country.

3:50

Right now, there's a lot of things that have come out

3:52

of that type of mentality

3:56

about it's time for revenge or it's time to

3:58

get even or it's payback, right? things

4:00

that happened in the past. And

4:03

now we have bail reform and

4:06

we have prison reform. Now what

4:08

is bail reform and what is prison reform?

4:10

It's a fundamental basic statement that has been

4:12

indoctrinated in young people in high school and

4:14

in colleges for the last really

4:17

I would say hardcore ten years, the

4:19

last decade. Which is this,

4:22

our justice system should not lock

4:25

up African-American men who commit heinous

4:27

crimes because there's too many

4:29

African-American men we believe in jail and there needs

4:31

to be some sort of reparations for what happened

4:34

in the past in this country. Very much like

4:36

you just heard from that juror in O.J. Simpson.

4:39

We also have been indoctrinated really over

4:41

the last decade and this has become

4:43

pretty public now because we're seeing the

4:45

disaster of this social idea,

4:48

right? This social

4:50

program which is if you don't

4:52

have money you

4:54

shouldn't be in jail just because you

4:56

don't have money. And the argument was

4:58

well African-Americans don't have as much

5:00

money as other races, white people aka, so therefore

5:02

it's unfair that a white guy can get out

5:05

of jail because he has more money and a

5:07

black person stays in jail because he can't make

5:09

bond. And so what we're gonna

5:11

do is we're gonna reform the system with jail

5:13

reform, prison reform, right? This goes back to Black

5:15

Lives Matter. Black Lives Matter, it was

5:18

not really about really about any one person,

5:20

it was about an eye of finding a

5:22

moment, a flash point, whether it was George

5:25

Floyd or whatever was next, to

5:27

then demand that we have bail reform and

5:29

prison reform. Now prison reform is also very

5:31

simple. The argument is there's too

5:33

many African-American men in prison, regardless of the

5:35

crimes they have committed and therefore we should

5:37

let people out of prison and we shouldn't put

5:40

more African-American men in prison because

5:43

the system is racist. And

5:46

we've decided the system is racist, you can't debate

5:48

the system and so therefore let every African-American man

5:50

out of jail that we can to basically

5:53

get revenge. It's no different to get

5:55

even for what happens. Same thing that

5:57

we heard with O.J. And

6:00

then you look at bail reform. Well

6:02

what is bail reform? It's a way

6:04

to make also defund the police a

6:06

reality. When cities

6:09

didn't actually and they weren't able to defund

6:11

the police, remember Minneapolis, St. Paul area, they

6:13

were going to defund the police. It never

6:15

actually happened because crime was

6:17

so out of control. They were like, all right, we can't actually

6:20

like fire all the cops. But what you can

6:22

do is you can drive them insane

6:24

with all quit on you, right?

6:26

It was politically too much for them

6:28

to chew. The people that

6:30

wanted to get rid of police officers. And so

6:32

the best way to actually get rid of police

6:35

officers is drive them to total

6:37

insanity and madness. How do you do

6:39

that? You tell a good

6:41

human being, a police officer, and I believe

6:43

the majority of police officers overwhelming are incredible

6:45

human beings. There are bad cops, yes. There

6:48

are bad priests, there are bad pastors,

6:50

there are bad doctors, there's bad people

6:52

in every profession, but the majority of

6:54

police officers are good human beings. And

6:56

what you do is you tell that police officer,

6:59

hey, go ahead, I dare you go out there

7:01

and arrest this person that just committed this crime.

7:04

And we're going to let them walk before

7:06

you finish the paperwork. Go ahead, do it.

7:09

Risk your life to lock up somebody and

7:11

watch how fast we put them right back

7:13

out on the streets without giving them any

7:15

bail. That's

7:18

how you defund the police, folks, because then police

7:20

stop risking their lives. Because what's the point of

7:23

risking your life if you know that when you

7:25

risk your life that the person that you just

7:27

caught and the person you just put in jail

7:31

is basically laughing at your face like, dude, I'm not going

7:33

to jail. Like, I got a

7:35

mug shot, maybe. You might have got

7:37

a fingerprint, maybe. I'm free. I'm

7:39

a free man. This

7:42

is all about reparations

7:44

at the end of the day. And

7:47

so there's a moment here that's bigger than O.J.

7:50

Simpson. And O.J. Simpson is dead. He's

7:52

died. All right? But

7:55

let me tell you what the left is now saying.

7:57

And this is what they're teaching kids. There's

7:59

a guy who I know well, we've done

8:01

TV together for decades. We've had vigorous

8:04

debates. His name is Marklemon

8:06

Hill. And Marklemon Hill

8:08

said something on Twitter today, and it's

8:10

important that you hear what he actually

8:12

said because I want you to

8:15

understand the mindset of people that disagree with

8:17

me and disagree with me

8:19

on issues about prison and issues about

8:21

right and wrong and issues of

8:24

protecting and defending and issues of police.

8:27

A Cooney professor and

8:31

race commentator, Marklemon Hill, weighed in

8:33

on the death of the troubled

8:36

NFL star OJ Simpson, and

8:38

this is what Hill said on Twitter

8:40

or on X. OJ

8:42

Simpson was an abusive liar, I agree with

8:45

Marklemon Hill on that, who abandoned

8:47

his community long before he killed two people

8:49

in cold blood. I agree with that. His

8:53

acquittal for murder was the correct

8:56

and necessary result of a

8:58

racist criminal legal system. But

9:01

he's still a monster, not a

9:03

martyr. So

9:06

let's just break that down. You're

9:09

admitting that he was an

9:11

abusive killer that deserved to

9:15

go to jail, but more than

9:17

that, you believe he deserved to get

9:19

off because of a systemic racism, and

9:23

therefore it was correct

9:25

and necessary to let

9:27

OJ Simpson live a life of

9:30

freedom after

9:32

brutally hacking to death and

9:34

murdering his ex-wife and

9:38

her boyfriend slash friend

9:40

at the time. And

9:43

you're saying it. Now you're saying he's an

9:45

abusive liar. This is the

9:47

problem that we have now in this country. There

9:50

is no longer right and wrong if you're on the

9:52

left. And I would say this, by

9:54

the way, again, I want you to not

9:56

be angry at what Marklemon Hill is saying. I want you

9:58

to listen to what he's saying. saying because I want you

10:01

to understand how far gone we are

10:03

in this country when it comes to the basic issue

10:05

of right and wrong. He

10:07

is justifying the

10:12

abusive liar, the abandonment of

10:14

his community and he

10:16

said he did that long before he killed two

10:18

people in cold blood. But

10:20

then he justifies it saying basically because

10:23

of the sins of people in the

10:25

past in America because of slave owners

10:28

O.J. Simpson deserves to walk

10:30

among us for

10:33

decades after brutally killing the

10:35

mother of his children because

10:39

it's righting the wrongs of the

10:41

past in American history and

10:44

a necessary quote result of

10:46

a racist criminal legal system.

10:50

You understand this conversation we're having right now is

10:52

really not about O.J. Simpson. This

10:54

conversation right now is about

10:57

people that are today basically saying you know

10:59

what I'm glad O.J. Simpson didn't go to

11:01

prison for killing those two people, the mother

11:03

of his children because we need

11:06

to somehow right the wrongs of a time

11:08

in America where none of us were a

11:10

part of it, none of us experienced it

11:12

and because there were people in America's history

11:15

that are racist therefore we should have anarchy,

11:17

chaos among us at

11:19

the hands of minorities to basically get

11:21

even for things that happen in the

11:24

past. This

11:26

is bail reform folks. This is

11:28

prison reform. This is

11:31

what the left has brought into

11:33

America and normalized. They are now

11:35

normalizing decades later

11:37

the cold blooded murder of

11:41

the mother of O.J. Simpson's children

11:43

saying but it was a necessary

11:45

evil for us to let him

11:47

go to get revenge for racism in

11:50

the past and to get revenge for

11:56

another horrific moment, the

11:58

Rodney King beating. And

12:01

we're going to get revenge for that by saying, all right,

12:03

well, this is payback. This

12:05

is payback. Listen to the juror again.

12:08

Do you

12:10

think that they're members of the jury that

12:13

voted to acquit OJ because of

12:16

Rodney King? Yes. You

12:18

do? Yes. How

12:20

many of you think felt that way?

12:23

Oh, about 90 percent. 90

12:27

percent? Did

12:30

you feel that way? Yes. Did

12:33

you feel that way? Yes. Even

12:36

on CNN today, I'm going to play this for

12:38

you coming up in a moment, they said

12:40

the same thing. And

12:43

why is it that the media is saying this

12:45

basically? Well, hey, look, this is a moment for

12:48

everybody to remember. Look, if you're

12:50

African-American, you go out there and you kill somebody, we

12:52

kind of think and believe that you should maybe be

12:54

able to get off for this because of the wrongs

12:56

of the past in this country. Hey, if you're a

12:58

police officer and you got there and risked your life

13:01

to lock up some of the kills somebody, hey,

13:03

maybe we should just let that person go and

13:05

make you go crazy. So we have lawlessness in

13:08

our communities. I go back to the core

13:11

thing about Black Lives Matter. The

13:13

majority of African-American men in this country that

13:15

are killed are killed by African-American men. How

13:20

is that protecting Black lives? If

13:23

Black Lives Matter, why are you

13:25

letting killers out in the

13:27

name of reparations for something that happened in the past

13:30

that has nothing to do with the present? And

13:33

why are we letting out people from jail and prison?

13:35

Now, this also goes back, I want to connect this

13:37

to one other issue and we're going to talk about

13:39

this, the border. You

13:41

understand this lawlessness, once you have

13:43

lawlessness, it explodes in all areas

13:45

of this country. We

13:48

went from bail reform and prison reform to

13:50

now wide open borders. Why? Because

13:53

The Democratic Party, Once you say we don't believe in right

13:55

and wrong and we don't believe in law and order and

13:57

we don't believe in good and bad, then it's. The

14:00

wheels come off the bus and

14:02

it cost people their lives The

14:04

same be we you claim you

14:06

want to protect. The.

14:08

Same people that you say you want to

14:11

protect the African American young kids who are

14:13

getting killed in this country. The young African

14:15

American men that are being murdered is outrageous

14:17

rates right now. When.

14:20

You go on. this. World

14:23

of insanity. This is what you

14:25

get been Ferguson selling and for

14:27

Marco Van will be right back.

14:29

Must love them. Are.

14:36

Once mighty dollars under siege from

14:39

14:41

14:43

14:45

15:30

15:49

15:51

one A will be back with you in it's

15:53

gonna be here so make sure by you sicker

15:55

and for for that A I love when I

15:57

get season assignment you know it's something good. Remarks

15:59

on. I want to

16:01

get back to what I was about to say

16:03

about CNN a second ago and this idea that

16:06

like OJ Simpson dies. It's

16:08

like, yeah, we all know he's a murderer, but

16:10

it was payback for Rodney King and reparations and

16:13

slavery and other black men that had

16:15

been locked up. So we let a

16:17

killer walk among us to basically get

16:19

revenge, get even for either directly Rodney

16:22

King or indirectly for

16:24

all the other injustices in America.

16:26

And this is what is being

16:28

taught to America's youth. Now,

16:30

when I say youth, I'm talking now 25 and

16:34

under, have been indoctrinated in this idea that

16:36

America is evil, that

16:38

America's judicial system is racist and

16:41

evil, and that America's

16:43

evil past with slavery

16:46

is something that must

16:48

be fixed through letting other people

16:51

not be held accountable for their

16:53

actions, including now murder. CNN's

16:56

Stephanie Elam reporting

17:00

live, right, on the OJ

17:02

Simpson death accidentally

17:04

said the quiet part out loud. Listen

17:06

to this carefully how she describes his

17:08

death. And it's also just worth noting

17:11

how much is was impacted by

17:13

this trial. Jake, so many things happen.

17:15

We saw policing changing here in the

17:17

city. And it's also worth noting because

17:20

of that unrest, that racial unrest in

17:22

the 90s. That is

17:24

why so many people who may not have been

17:26

invested in OJ Simpson were just happy to see

17:28

that someone who was rich and famous and black

17:31

could get away with what other people did

17:33

in the system as well, too. Whoa, whoa,

17:35

hold on there. Notice Jake Taber ain't going

17:37

to fight back on that, right? Right.

17:41

Let me read you the transcript of that

17:43

because she just said it and then she's

17:45

like, oh, wait, I'm not sure. Don't say

17:47

this out loud. Oops, hold on. Quote, so

17:50

many people were just happy to see that

17:52

someone who is rich and

17:55

famous and black could

17:58

get away with. or

18:01

what other people did in the system as well too.

18:04

She's saying it. There

18:07

were people that were like, come on, we want

18:09

a black man to be able to

18:11

get away with murdering who's rich and famous

18:13

and we're rooting for this, right? That's what

18:16

we're doing here. And

18:18

we're all admitting it. So we're proud

18:20

of the idea that back in the

18:22

90s, we got OJ off.

18:24

That is why so many people who may not

18:27

have been invested in OJ Simpson were just happy

18:29

to see that someone who is rich and famous

18:31

and black could get away with this. Could

18:33

get away with a, could get away with

18:35

it? Yeah, yeah, that's exactly what they're saying. If

18:39

that's what they're saying out loud, imagine

18:41

what they're teaching your kids right now

18:44

and your grandkids in college,

18:46

in high school, in junior high about

18:49

right and wrong. There is no right and wrong in America

18:51

anymore, folks. It's all the what's the color of your skin

18:53

and then we'll tell you what you can get away with.

20:16

20:18

20:20

in here. 1877-381-3811.

20:24

1877-381-3811. O.J. Simpson

20:27

has died. That

20:32

part is more of a

20:34

talking, a flash point to

20:37

understand just how far gone we are as

20:39

a country when it comes to right and

20:41

wrong. This

20:43

idea that America is

20:45

an evil country and

20:48

this idea that people now who

20:50

didn't experience the

20:55

trillions of dollars is destroying and rotting this country. The

21:04

idea that we should allow killers and

21:07

rapists and gang bangers and

21:09

drug dealers off because of

21:11

something that they didn't experience that happened

21:13

in the past. Every

21:16

country in the world has pasts and parts

21:18

of their past that they're not proud

21:21

of. You know what I'm

21:23

proud of as an American? Every

21:25

American should be proud of this. We have righted

21:28

some of the wrongs in a very

21:30

big way in this country. That

21:33

makes me proud that we're an

21:36

imperfect union trying to do better

21:38

than we did before. But that's

21:40

stopped over the last 10 years. The

21:44

people that we're electing to office now are not about

21:46

making this country a better country. We're

21:50

electing this country, many of them are just

21:52

about their own power and

21:54

their own obsession with power. You

21:58

Want to talk about. I.

22:01

Think the most damaging part of wedding O

22:03

J off. Is. That then moving

22:05

forward there was like are I or he's the first

22:07

So what? Who's going to be the second I go?

22:09

I go back to Mark. I'm on hill. And

22:12

this really goes back to what happened with

22:14

Black Lives Matter and Police Reform. A Bell

22:16

Reform and defining the Police. Everything else. Oh

22:19

during a gonna go back to sweep for

22:21

markham on it was of college professors got

22:23

the minds of the hearts of people and

22:26

as own them and especially African American security

22:28

for decades he is a leader the demo

22:30

a the Democratic party's. A leader in

22:32

the any progressive radical left

22:35

movement. and he is someone

22:37

that many. African Americans look up to

22:39

what he says it today on twitter.

22:41

O. J. Simpson was an abusive liar

22:43

who abandons community long before he killed

22:45

two people in cold blood. So.

22:48

Hearsay. I know that O J. Simpson

22:50

is it wrong with it? Was was

22:52

a bad evil man that is a

22:54

murderer and he's willing to state it.

22:57

And. Then here comes the however.

23:00

His. Acquittal for murder was the

23:02

correct. And. Necessary results

23:04

of a racist criminal legal

23:07

system. Okay, And.

23:10

Then he says but. He. Saw a

23:12

monster, not a martyr. Okay so so where

23:14

do you draw the line hours? The question

23:16

that I were else more com unhealthy was

23:19

here now. How. Many

23:21

murders do We went off. How

23:24

many rapists do we went off like

23:26

give me a number here for reparations

23:28

because of the evils of America's past,

23:31

That that that. Know. The Simpsons

23:33

certainly didn't experience. Like.

23:35

Oj Simpson were wed one hell of

23:37

a folks would use. He was rich

23:40

she was. He was not just kind

23:42

of famous, he was insanely famous. He.

23:46

Was a Michael Jordan of football. The.

23:50

World Stop to watch him in a

23:52

Ford Bronco run for the police. Like

23:54

this guy was a different level of

23:56

fame. Before. The

23:58

internet I remember. When this

24:01

happened, I remember walking into

24:03

a Mapco Express gas

24:06

station and everybody in the gas

24:08

station, I wanted to pay with cash. This is how

24:10

young I was. This is how many years ago this

24:12

was because I was putting gas in my mom's car.

24:14

It was a minivan, a Ford Aero Star. I even

24:16

remember the car and I walked into the paint. I

24:18

think she gave me 10 bucks for

24:21

gas and I went in. It was during a time

24:23

when gas was under a dollar a gallon. That should tell you how

24:25

long ago this was. I

24:28

walked in and I remember it. I remember

24:30

it was on Summer Avenue in Memphis, Tennessee

24:32

and the entire Mapco Express had

24:34

stopped and was looking at a box TV. You know

24:36

the big old box TV? Everybody

24:40

was just standing there watching O.J. Simpson

24:42

running from the police on the highway

24:45

in the back of that Ford Bronco. There

24:49

were people in there that were cheering

24:51

for O.J. Simpson. They

24:55

were cheering for O.J. Simpson because he was

24:57

famous. He's this Hall of

24:59

Famer. He's this famous football player. He's a

25:01

Heisman. I didn't know who

25:03

O.J. Simpson was before that moment but I will never forget when

25:05

I learned who he was. There were

25:07

people that were rooting for him because it was like

25:09

a moment of like, oh yeah, I'm

25:14

behind him because he's African American and there's things

25:16

in the past and then the narrative started and

25:18

now look at where we are. How

25:23

many is my question? How

25:26

many murderers do

25:28

you want to let out that are African American to right

25:33

all the wrongs of America's history? For

25:35

that matter, how many murders around the world are we going to

25:37

let out? I

25:39

mean if we're going to fix this thing, the way

25:41

that the left wants to fix it, the way the

25:44

Marxists and the Socialists and the communists want to fix

25:46

it, their definition of righting the

25:48

wrong is letting out people

25:51

of a certain skin color

25:53

only for heinous crimes and

25:56

saying that this is a necessary result

25:58

of a racist crime. criminal legal system,

26:00

which brings me back to Black Lives Matter.

26:04

That's exactly what the Black Lives Matter movement is.

26:08

Hey, we know there's people that do bad things, and when

26:10

they do bad things, we want to look at their skin

26:12

color, we want to let enough of them off to

26:14

get even for the bad things that happen

26:16

to people that have the same skin color

26:18

that they didn't know in times

26:21

in the past. So

26:25

let's just settle the score

26:28

for atrocities or events

26:30

that we never experienced personally,

26:33

and that is the Democratic Party

26:35

now. Black

26:38

Lives Matter was never about Black Lives Matter.

26:40

Black Lives Matter was about getting even, right?

26:43

We're going to burn down cities to get even. We're

26:46

going to burn down churches. We're going

26:48

to burn down black-owned businesses. I

26:51

still don't know how the hell that helped Black Lives

26:53

Matter. That's the part that I didn't understand. Why would

26:55

you burn down your own community? We're

26:58

going to burn down the Wendy's. We

27:00

complain about there being food desert and high

27:02

crime, high poverty areas, but we'll burn down

27:04

the grocery store and the quickie mart.

27:07

We'll burn down the places that we do have

27:10

that have food. I've never understood that. Hey, we

27:12

need places and businesses that can grow a community,

27:14

but we're going to burn down the auto zone

27:16

or the advanced auto parts. We're going to loot

27:19

African American clothing stores and steal the

27:22

sneakers, right? In the name of Black

27:24

Lives Matter, because what we're saying is

27:26

it's okay for you to be lawless

27:28

in your communities to get even for

27:31

the past. That is

27:33

exactly what a top

27:35

African American professor is

27:37

telling the African American community today.

27:39

It is okay

27:42

if a percentage of you commit crimes

27:44

because of something you never were a

27:46

part of. Then

27:49

they'll look at you and they'll say, hey, he's a monster because he

27:51

murdered people, right? He's gotten

27:53

away with it because of racism, right? That's

27:55

what he's saying, right?

27:59

You believe it. should be acquitted and that

28:03

his acquittal was correct and necessary because

28:07

of something that you heard

28:09

or read about in

28:11

America's history. You

28:19

lose a country when you have

28:21

no law in order. Look

28:23

at Fred Goldman, he lost

28:26

his son to

28:28

a jealous psychotic man in

28:30

O.J. Simpson and

28:32

he lost his son because

28:35

a system said, well, we had another guy that was beaten

28:37

who was black and we don't want more riots so we're

28:39

going to let him off. There was fear, some people were

28:41

afraid, they were like, I'm not convicting you O.J. because I

28:43

don't want another riot and I don't want to be the

28:45

cause of the riot so we'll let him go. And

28:48

then there was others like, well, that's just revenge. So

28:52

in other words, Fred Goldman, sorry, your son was

28:54

sacrificial ham. Your

28:56

son's death was necessary to right the wrongs of something

28:58

that happened in the past and you're just going to

29:00

have to deal with it. Someone

29:04

put it this way, said acquittal for murder in

29:06

cold blood is never correct nor necessary nor does

29:09

it in any way atone for past sins committed

29:11

against members of one's community. It

29:13

only adds the burden of wrongdoing for all of

29:15

us. I don't know who wrote that but amen.

29:22

He killed two people slash his acquittal was

29:24

correct because we care more about racism than

29:26

anything else. Social

29:29

justice will

29:32

destroy this country. Black

29:37

lives matter and what they

29:39

stand for will destroy this country.

29:42

How do I know it? Because we're witnessing it right

29:45

now. It is destroying this country. Let

29:47

me go back three years ago to play

29:49

you something. Three years ago there was an

29:51

African American woman who

29:53

was in, was it Minneapolis? Where

29:56

was it where she was? That's

30:00

right. It was in Chicago. This is three years ago.

30:03

And she was talking about what was happening

30:05

in her community with Black Lives

30:08

Matter movement. And

30:10

I want you to hear what she said

30:12

as an African American woman in

30:15

Chicago. Listen. My point was

30:17

that black kids in Chicago get killed

30:19

every single day. Where is the black

30:21

guys' mother in Chicago? Where

30:24

are they? When black people kill

30:26

black people, they don't come out and do this

30:28

crap. The only time they do this crap

30:30

is when the white person does it. They are the racist. They

30:34

are the racist because white cops

30:36

is wrong for white cops

30:38

to kill a black person. That's for sure. But

30:41

if it matters, it shouldn't matter at all times.

30:43

So what are you fighting for? What are you

30:45

fighting for? You're... By the

30:48

way, she's yelling at the Black Lives Matter

30:51

woke white people who

30:53

were out there claiming that they're in

30:55

favor of Black Lives Matter. And this is

30:57

an African American woman yelling at all the

30:59

rich white kids and the white

31:01

woke parents who were out there like, yeah,

31:03

Black Lives Matter. Keep listening. You're not here

31:05

to fight injustice. You're here to fight. It's

31:08

not about black. You're in a foreign world.

31:12

That's not a foreign world. Okay.

31:14

Mr. So, you're there to fight. I

31:17

am black. I'm not oppressed. I am free. That's

31:20

good for you. That's an individual person. What

31:22

about a systemic issue? Where? I

31:25

am black. I'm going to want it to be... I have a black... Like,

31:28

I do what I want. You have this skill. This is a

31:30

culture where you have to get to what you want. You do

31:32

it. Stop forcing people to accept that

31:34

you're oppressed. They are not. I am not

31:36

oppressed. I am black. So many people accept

31:38

that they are oppressed. You're forcing a rhetoric

31:40

into your mind, which is not true. That's

31:43

my point. Violence is wrong. Here, it's not

31:45

about black. You agree that whites

31:47

give white too, right? Have you seen any

31:50

white person coming out and saying, white lives

31:52

matter or white lives matter? No. Violence

31:54

is wrong. They literally do all

31:56

the time. Every time there's a black lives matter program. Snitches

32:00

get stitches. That's

32:25

what she just said. Every

32:27

day black Americans are killing black Americans in black

32:29

neighborhoods and she says in those neighborhoods I don't

32:31

see anything that says black lives matter. You

32:35

guys show up here because

32:37

you've been indoctrinated at the

32:39

university level by these university

32:41

professors to believe that we

32:43

are going to fundamentally change

32:45

this country because you've been

32:47

indoctrinated to believe that America is

32:50

evil and therefore the only way to

32:52

fix the evil in this country is

32:54

to let people like O.J. Simpson or

32:56

other black men who are killing other

32:58

black men out of jail for

33:01

heinous crimes against society and when you

33:04

have a lawless society this is what

33:06

you get. You

33:09

get lawlessness everywhere folks. You

33:13

get lawlessness everywhere. You get

33:15

lawlessness on the streets. You

33:18

get lawlessness in the poorest

33:20

neighborhoods. You get death and

33:22

destruction of African Americans at

33:25

record numbers by other African

33:27

Americans. You

33:30

get lawlessness at

33:32

our southern border. You get lawlessness with

33:34

people breaking into this country. You get

33:36

lawlessness with fentanyl and drugs and all

33:39

of this because there is no longer

33:41

a moral compass in this nation. And

33:46

that was their whole plan all along. Their

33:49

plan all along was to get

33:52

rid of right and wrong, get

33:54

rid of moral values,

33:56

get rid of God, get rid

33:58

of a belief in God. In

34:00

a higher power, everybody becomes

34:03

their own God, everybody becomes their

34:05

own value set, everybody is offended

34:07

by everything. You find your own

34:09

truth, right? That's this liberal, woke

34:12

ideology and it's destroying this country

34:14

to the point where we now

34:16

have the leaders of the African

34:19

American community saying on a day,

34:21

saying on a day when OJ

34:23

Simpson dies,

34:26

well yeah, he was a murderer, he absolutely

34:28

was. He was a cold-blooded

34:30

murderer. However, it

34:33

was a necessary evil

34:35

or good, I guess, I don't know, to

34:38

let this evil man go. I

34:41

want to quote it exactly. This

34:43

is a professor who's a leader in the

34:45

African American community. OJ Simpson was an abusive

34:47

liar who abandoned his community long before he

34:49

killed two people in cold blood. OJ's

34:52

acquittal for murder was the correct

34:54

and necessary result of a racist

34:56

criminal legal system, but he's still

34:58

a monster, not a martyr. 1-877-381-3811.

35:26

back. Mark Levin. My

35:35

fellow Americans were living in very

35:37

perilous economic times. Washington

35:39

seems determined to bankrupt our nation

35:41

with endless stimulus spending as they

35:43

devalue our dollar. Hardworking Americans like

35:45

you could lose everything. That's why

35:47

I urge you strongly register for

35:49

the upcoming Gold and Silver Summit

35:51

hosted by our friends at Advantage

35:53

Gold. They'll teach you how to

35:56

help guard your wealth using asset

35:58

diversification into physical precious metals. Gold

36:00

and silver can offer a defense against

36:02

the dollar's devaluation. And the experts

36:04

at Advantage Gold will explain how

36:06

you can convert some of your

36:08

savings into precious metals that can

36:10

protect and potentially grow your wealth.

36:12

With currency debasement from Washington and

36:14

global uncertainty on the rise, gold

36:16

and silver diversification could offer you

36:18

some stability. Call 800-900-8000 right now

36:43

Levin Show, Ben Ferguson with you. If

36:46

you just join us, we're chatting right

36:48

now about O.J. Simpson. He is dead.

36:50

He's died. We

36:54

now know what this country, what

36:56

it costs to let him off the hook

36:59

for killing people. In the

37:01

words of an African-American professor, a prominent member

37:03

of the African-American community, Marklemon Hill O.J. Simpson

37:05

was an abusive liar who abandoned his community

37:07

long before he killed two people in cold

37:09

blood. His acquittal for murder

37:12

was the correct and necessary result of

37:14

a racist criminal legal system but

37:16

he's still a monster, not a martyr. There's

37:19

the takeaway. In other words, it was right to let him

37:21

off the hook even though we knew he murdered the mother

37:24

of his children because that's just now what we

37:26

do. Pat, line

37:29

two, welcome. You're on The Mark Levin Show. Ben Ferguson

37:31

with you. Hi. Hi,

37:33

Ben. How are you? Good, sir. How

37:36

are you? I'm a fan of Mark

37:38

Lamont Hill from his days at Temple University and

37:40

writing for the Philadelphia Daily News.

37:43

I'm familiar with his work. I'm

37:47

calling, you know, there's

37:49

no connection between O.J. Simpson and

37:51

bail reform. Bail reform is a

37:53

good thing. You know why, Ben?

37:56

Because there are people every day

37:58

that are arrested wrongly. Wrongly,

38:00

charges end up not being filed, yet

38:03

they found her in jail for three

38:05

months. They lose their jobs. They lose

38:07

their house. They lose

38:09

all kinds of things. Fail reform is

38:11

a good thing. Now, should it be

38:14

tweaked? Should we not let those

38:16

accused of murder out? Okay. We

38:19

can tweak it. But in general, I

38:21

think... So hold on. I want

38:24

to ask you a couple questions here. The

38:27

NYCLU, the ACLU of New

38:29

York, says that bail reform is not

38:31

what you say it is, Pat. They

38:34

say, simply put, that

38:38

it's long overdue for recognition that, quote,

38:40

a person's wealth should not determine their

38:42

liberty. And

38:45

they say that if you're poor and

38:48

you commit a heinous crime and you don't have any money, you

38:50

should be able to get out of jail. So

38:54

they're saying it's different than what you're saying

38:56

it is. I'll let you respond because the

38:58

ACLU is saying, no, you're wrong. That's

39:00

not what we're fighting over. We're fighting over

39:03

reparations, in essence. More

39:05

on that coming up.

39:08

39:31

from the underground,

39:35

then the bowels of a hidden

39:37

bucket somewhere under the brick and

39:39

steel of a nondiscrit building, we

39:41

once again make contact with our

39:43

leaders. Howard

39:49

True, nice to be with you, Ben Ferguson,

39:51

filling in for the great one, Mark Leven,

39:54

and we have got a lot to chat

39:56

about this evening. I'm

39:59

going to tell you a story. story and it's

40:01

one that is becoming all

40:03

too normal. You may

40:05

know the name that I'm about to

40:07

say. It's a name of a reporter,

40:10

a reporter who spent many years on

40:12

Fox and then went to CBS. This

40:15

reporter by the name of Catherine Heritage,

40:17

Heritage is a amazing

40:19

reporter that actually does real journalism. One

40:21

of the things that she did at

40:23

CBS news was she reported often on

40:27

the corruption of the Biden

40:29

crime family. All

40:31

of a sudden, CBS news had some

40:34

layoffs and the layoffs happen

40:36

to hit their best reporter, their

40:39

DC reporter, their political reporter, their

40:41

reporter, a true journalist that told

40:43

you what was happening when it

40:45

came to corruption. Well,

40:49

after she got quote laid off, because

40:51

that's how you make it seem like

40:53

there's nothing nefarious going on, she

40:56

has now testified. That

40:58

CBS news not only locked her

41:01

out of the building, but

41:03

CBS news also seized all of

41:06

her files and

41:08

said that she was working with sources,

41:11

which they then had control of

41:13

who they were to expose government

41:15

corruption. I want

41:17

to play for you what she had to say. And

41:19

I, again, I go back to what I was saying

41:21

about Catherine a moment ago.

41:24

Catherine is a journalist. She's a journalist

41:26

that is not pushing a narrative. She

41:28

is a journalist that pushes the facts

41:31

and she was exposing the truth on

41:33

the Biden crime family, Hunter Biden and

41:35

the lies of the Biden crime family.

41:38

And just how involved Joe Biden was

41:40

with the family's business corruption. This

41:43

is the first time that she's been able

41:45

to speak publicly since she was

41:47

locked out of the building at CBS news. Since

41:50

all of her files were seized

41:52

by a CBS News, I'm sorry,

41:54

this is what communists do, right? This is what

41:56

Marxists do. This is what socialists do. This is

41:58

what they would do. When they're spying

42:01

on you and other countries like

42:03

Russia or Venezuela, or Cuba, And.

42:06

Cbs News did it to their

42:08

own journalists. In the United

42:11

States of America because apparently she was

42:13

exposing government corruption on the people that

42:15

you're not supposed to expose it on

42:17

right democrats. Hardcore. Liberals.

42:20

And. A present The United States of America.

42:23

Listen. To what she had to

42:25

say today. Is. You know, instead

42:27

you worry. I was held in contempt

42:29

of court for refusing to disclose my

42:31

confidential sources and a national. Security

42:33

Story. I think my current

42:36

situation can help put the importance of

42:38

the press act into context. One.

42:41

Of our children recently asked me if

42:43

I would go to jail, if we

42:45

would lose our house and if we

42:47

would lose and family savings to protect

42:50

my reporting forces. I wanted to answer

42:52

that in this United States where we

42:54

say we value democracy and the rule

42:57

of a vibrant and free press that

42:59

it was impossible but I could not

43:01

offer that assumes. The Bipartisan

43:03

Press Act which came out of

43:05

this house committees would put an

43:08

end to the sort of legal

43:10

jeopardy the I had experienced firsthand

43:12

in the Federal courts. And without

43:14

the legislation, more journalists will run

43:16

to the uncertainties of the contempt

43:18

gauntlet in the future. This legislation.

43:20

Will provide protections for. Every working

43:22

journalist in the United States now

43:24

and for the next. Generation.

43:27

The legislation. Provide strong protections at

43:29

the federal level for reporters and

43:31

their sources. It would lock made

43:33

against and federal governments from prying

43:36

into a reporter's files. Except

43:38

when there's an imminent threat of

43:40

violence including terrorism and in defamation

43:42

cases. At. The state level

43:44

similar rules are already in place

43:46

to protect press freedom. It is

43:49

my sincere hope that the passage

43:51

of the process will provide similar

43:53

protections as the federal level. I.

43:55

Hope that I am the last journalists

43:58

who has to spend two years. In

44:00

the Federal courts fighting to

44:02

protect my confidential sources. My.

44:05

Current situation arises from a

44:07

privacy act lawsuit. I am

44:09

only a witness. In the case,

44:11

It. Is not common for these cases to

44:13

reached. The stage of holding a reporter

44:16

in contempt. The. When such

44:18

cases happened, they have profound

44:20

consequences. Impacting every journalist

44:22

in the United States. Forcing

44:25

a reporter to disclose confidential

44:27

sources. Would have a

44:29

crippling a fast on investigative

44:32

journalism because without reliable assurances

44:34

of confidentiality, sources will not

44:36

come forward. The First

44:38

Amendment provides protection for the

44:40

press because. And informed electorate?

44:43

Is it the foundation? Of our

44:45

democracy. A contest sense

44:47

of forces are not protected

44:49

I see or investigative journalism

44:51

is dead. Each. Day I

44:53

feel the weight of that responsibility.

44:56

As you know, I was held in

44:59

contempt of court for upholding the basic

45:01

journalistic principle of maintaining the pledge of

45:03

confidentiality to my sources, a complete respect

45:05

for the Federal court and the judicial

45:07

process, and I'm not here in the

45:10

to litigate. The case it will play

45:12

out before the appellate court in Washington,

45:14

Dc. But. The fact that

45:16

I have been fighting in the courts for

45:19

two years and that I am now facing

45:21

potentially. Crippling spines at eight hundred

45:23

dollars a day to protect

45:25

my reporting sources underscores the

45:27

vital importance of the press

45:29

Sacked. I

45:32

want to just pause their don't want you to

45:34

think about. What?

45:36

This reporter. Who's now

45:38

again? Try to

45:40

protect our sources. Exposing.

45:42

Government corruption, Being.

45:45

Locked out of her own office

45:47

by Cbs News and having a

45:49

whore her reporting file seas and

45:51

now having the threat of financial

45:53

ruin at eight hundred hours a

45:55

day. Being. Held in contempt.

45:58

For. Refusing to give up resources. His

46:00

her right to do in a free

46:02

press in America. There.

46:09

Is something that is happening now. We

46:12

we saw this with an undercover C I A

46:14

and F B I guy few days ago. Talking.

46:17

About how yeah they'd find people, they put

46:19

him on their hit lists and they basically

46:21

tried of put them into financial ruin. We.

46:25

Saw: we've seen this in real time

46:27

against Donald Trump. You.

46:29

Will get President Donald Trump and one of

46:32

the democrats say okay we were for were

46:34

afraid we can't beat em so we could

46:36

bankrupt him. Maybe. We can

46:38

we just lock him up and put him in jail. Putting

46:42

in locking up your political opponents is what

46:44

Vladimir potent as. And then by the way,

46:46

he'll kill you if that doesn't work. He

46:48

just did it. He. Just killed his

46:50

opposition leader. Dictators,

46:53

And tyrants kill people. They lock people

46:55

up, they put them in jail to

46:58

silence him, and then they take their

47:00

belongings from them. Now.

47:02

Are we're supposed to be a free country?

47:05

But based on what we're witnessing right

47:07

now, we are no longer a free

47:09

country. We're. No longer a

47:11

country where you have the right to protect

47:13

your witnesses. And as as a as a

47:15

journalist by the way, it I'm not. I'm

47:17

not. Let me rephrase that. I'm not a journalist.

47:20

I'm A. I'm a commentator. But

47:22

I have people that come to me as a

47:24

whistleblower that I will protect. And

47:27

I shouldn't have to worry. That.

47:29

I'm going to go to jail. I should

47:31

and they shouldn't have to worry and I

47:33

what you'd also think about what message this

47:35

sense to whistle blowers you will get the

47:37

Iris whistleblowers. It came out against. Our

47:39

the Biden families and so many of them

47:42

were actually liberal. Saying what we just witnessed

47:44

with a Biden family is it is total

47:46

corruption and cover up at the highest levels.

47:49

Will give people the came forward. And

47:51

have exposed a sweetheart deal with the Biden crime

47:53

family were Charlie was gonna let Joe biden off

47:55

the hook prose going to one hundred by not

47:57

the hook and then it was gonna give him

48:00

or me unity for any future. Prosecutions,

48:02

For any crimes that were committed by him

48:04

in the past. That. Deal fell

48:07

apart because it was expose in there was

48:09

a judge. it was that least. Honest

48:11

enough to say this is insane and know

48:14

this is not ideal that I will accept

48:16

from the federal government. But.

48:18

What we are now witnessing in real time is

48:20

that if there is someone that they don't like,

48:23

that they want to silence. The. Government

48:25

can spy on you, They can set

48:27

you up or is it was described

48:29

by that undercover percent a day A

48:31

give you a nods right? They can

48:34

then tie you up in litigation. They

48:36

can financially bankrupt you and that's no

48:38

different than what this reporter. Kevin

48:40

Heritage is is is testifying. She.

48:43

Sang I was protecting

48:45

my. Confidential

48:47

sources. And. Now they're

48:50

holding me and contempt and now

48:52

they're saying because I was exposing.

48:55

And. Had multiple sources as they were

48:57

concerned. That. By working with meter

48:59

exposed ever corruption misconduct they would be

49:01

identified and expose. their also sending a

49:03

message will hey don't take the risk

49:06

sources because of in Chile will get

49:08

to you too because we're going to

49:10

get to the reporter. There's.

49:13

A lot of reporters out there. That

49:16

would not still stand. By.

49:19

But this hard core like Katherine is

49:21

done to protect their witnesses. There's.

49:24

A lot of reporters that wouldn't have

49:26

that can hone a's and and to

49:28

stand up to a corrupt government system.

49:31

But. But the message that was queer

49:33

and why I wanted you to hear

49:35

what Catherine just had to say is

49:37

that he in America today. The message

49:39

has been set now by Federal prosecutors

49:41

who are holding her in contempt who

49:43

are going to be charging her eight

49:45

hundred dollars a day Is that if

49:48

you are I now the reporter out

49:50

there, you better pay attention right? If

49:52

you're a conservative out there so demoted

49:54

or with Donald Trump, you better pay

49:56

attention. How many people came with included

49:58

with sand. Would. Donald Trump has

50:00

gone through. I mean, luckily Donald Trump has a man

50:02

that has money. Could

50:05

I withstand what he's gone through financially? No, I would

50:07

be in ruins a lot faster. And he was almost

50:09

in financial ruins and they were trying to do it

50:11

and they're still trying to do it, right? But

50:14

the message they're sending is clear. Okay,

50:16

maybe Catherine can stand up to us,

50:19

but you can't, little reporter in Washington

50:21

DC, or a little reporter in

50:23

Paducah, Kentucky, or a little reporter in Memphis, Tennessee,

50:25

or a little reporter in San

50:28

Antonio, Texas, or

50:30

somewhere on the border that's gonna

50:32

expose government corruption at the border. You

50:35

can't do it. We'll put you in financial

50:37

ruin. And oh, by the way, here is

50:39

the message to the people

50:41

that are thinking about coming forward and giving

50:44

you this information. We're gonna find you too.

50:47

You're not really going to be silent. You're

50:52

not really going

50:55

to be anonymous sources. No, no, no, we're gonna

50:57

identify you. The government's gonna identify you. We're

51:00

gonna come after you. We're gonna expose you. We're gonna make

51:02

your life hell. So don't come out and be a source

51:05

about government corruption. Don't expose what

51:07

you're saying that's being done that

51:09

is wrong. Because if you do,

51:12

we will find you. We will come

51:14

after the person you're telling and they're

51:16

gonna roll on you and give us

51:19

the files that we need. That is

51:21

what Catherine is saying happened to her.

51:23

And this is what is happening to

51:25

other journalists. And they're saying basically, journalists

51:27

I know are saying, I can't

51:30

get people in the government to talk to me anymore. When

51:32

it comes to government corruption, now they'll leak

51:34

to me, right? Things that won't get them

51:36

in trouble. But

51:39

outside of that, they're not gonna expose government corruption.

51:41

The reason why they're not going to do it

51:43

is because it can put them

51:45

in financial ruin. And if they do, right?

51:49

If they do, we're gonna know

51:54

who you are anyway. We're

51:56

gonna know who you are and we're gonna

51:59

come after you no matter what. Let's do this part of

52:01

what Catherine had to say. When you

52:03

go through major life events, as I have

52:05

in recent weeks, losing

52:07

your job, losing your company health

52:09

insurance, having your reporting

52:11

files seized by your former employer

52:14

and being held in contempt of court

52:17

gives you clarity. The First

52:19

Amendment, the protection of confidential

52:21

sources, and a free press

52:23

are my guiding principles. They

52:26

are my North Star. When

52:28

I was laid off in February, an

52:30

incident reinforced in my mind the

52:33

importance of protecting confidential sources.

52:36

CBS News locked me out

52:38

of the building and seized hundreds

52:40

of pages of my reporting files,

52:43

including confidential source information. Seized.

52:46

CBS News. The scumbags at

52:48

CBS News seized her

52:51

files, her confidential sources, locked her

52:54

out of the building, and seized

52:56

hundreds of pages of my reporting

52:58

files, including confidential source information. All

53:03

because she was an actual journalist. It's not a hack.

53:06

All because they wanted to make it

53:08

clear that you can't really expose the

53:10

Biden crime family or any other liberals

53:12

that are corrupt in our government because

53:14

if you do, we will fire the

53:16

reporter and then we will let the

53:18

feds know who it was you were

53:20

talking to. Imagine being one of those

53:22

confidential sources that is risking it all

53:24

to expose government corruption and then you

53:26

find out that the reporter you're

53:29

talking to has been fired or let go and

53:32

all of the documents that she

53:34

said, trust me, now

53:37

we're in the hands of that corrupt organization,

53:41

CBS News, and more

53:43

than likely are now in the hands of the

53:45

federal government. 877-381-3811 877-381-3811

53:53

Ben Ferguson filling in for Mark. We'll

53:56

be right back. Mark Levin.

fries. That's puretalk.com/levin, l-e-v-i-n. Welcome

55:06

back. This

55:11

is Mark Levin, show Ben Ferguson filling in for

55:14

the great one. It's nice to have

55:16

you with us. If you just join

55:18

us, we're talking about government corruption and

55:20

a reporter, former Fox reporter than CBS

55:22

reporter, now telling her story.

55:24

Heather Heritage saying that CBS News

55:26

locked her out of the building,

55:28

seized all of her files, says

55:31

she was working with sources to expose

55:33

government corruption. Yeah, nothing at

55:35

all going on here, folks, right? This is just

55:37

totally normal, right? In America. This is

55:39

happening in America. She said CBS

55:41

News' decision to seize my reporting records crossed

55:43

a red line. Yeah,

55:47

I would agree with you. But you

55:49

have to understand the reason why, and

55:51

this is psychological warfare on anyone out

55:53

there that is thinking about exposing government

55:56

corruption. What are they saying? They're saying

55:58

don't do it. You

56:02

think we're not going to find you, the government?

56:05

We will find you. And

56:07

if you think that your reporter is

56:09

going to stand by after

56:12

we come after them with contempt of

56:14

court charges, you're wrong because Catherine Heritage,

56:16

as she describes it, it's going

56:19

to cost her $800 a day to fight. Listen.

56:24

But the fact that I have been fighting in

56:26

the courts for two years and that

56:28

I am now facing potentially crippling fines

56:30

of $800 a

56:32

day to protect my reporting sources

56:35

underscores the vital importance of the

56:37

press act. When

56:40

you go through major life events, as I have

56:42

in recent weeks, losing your

56:44

job, losing your company

56:46

health insurance, having your reporting files

56:48

seized by your former employer and

56:51

being held in contempt of court

56:54

gives you clarity. The First Amendment,

56:56

the protection of confidential sources

56:58

and a free press are

57:00

my guiding principles. They

57:03

are my North Star. When

57:05

I was laid off in February,

57:07

an incident reinforced in my mind

57:10

the importance of protecting confidential sources.

57:13

CBS News locked me out of

57:15

the building and seized hundreds of

57:17

pages of my reporting files, including

57:20

confidential source information. Fictional

57:23

sources said they were concerned that

57:25

by working with me to expose

57:27

government corruption and misconduct, they would

57:30

be identified and exposed. I

57:32

pushed back and with the public

57:34

support of my union SAG-AFTRA, the

57:36

records were returned. CBS

57:38

News' decision to

57:41

receive my reporting records crossed a

57:43

red line that I believe should

57:45

never be crossed again by any

57:47

media organization in the future. Do

57:50

you think? Absolutely.

57:55

Absolutely. And she's

57:57

not done. I'll have the rest of

57:59

it coming up. From the Mark Levin Show, Ben Ferguson with you,

58:01

58:04

58:06

get you though? For just $20 a

58:12

58:50

fake news networks. Instead, they're

58:52

right here with us. Just

58:54

go to puretalk.com/Levin, puretalk.com/Levin, and

58:59

so you can actually afford

59:01

that burger and fries. That's

59:03

puretalk.com/Levin, Levin. Mark

59:06

Levin, the researcher of conservative

59:08

media. Call in now, 877-381-3811.

59:17

Welcome back, it is The Mark Levin Show,

59:19

Ben Ferguson, filling in for the great one,

59:21

and if you just joined us, we are

59:23

now learning about the firing, losing

59:26

her job, Kevin Heritage at

59:28

CBS News. And what happened?

59:31

Well, there's a clear message now, not only

59:33

if you're a confidential source, and we wanna

59:35

find out who you are, we'll just go

59:37

after the reporter and force them

59:39

into submission. Now she is facing fines of $800 a

59:42

day for contempt of

59:44

court charges against her for

59:46

not giving up her sources. But now we

59:48

found out what happened with CBS News. We

59:51

now know the communist

59:53

broadcasting network, CBS

59:55

News Locked her out of

59:57

the building, seized all of her files, and

59:59

said... She was working with sources

1:00:01

to expose government corruption. Much that

1:00:04

corruption was the Biden Crime family.

1:00:06

Cbs. News His decision to seize

1:00:08

my reporting records cross the red lines.

1:00:10

He said that she believes should never

1:00:13

be crossed by any media organisation. But

1:00:15

guess what? Now. If

1:00:17

you're confidential source are you going to

1:00:19

take the risk? And. Listen, the

1:00:21

last thing she says. The.

1:00:23

Litigation and being held in contempt had

1:00:26

taken a toll on me and my

1:00:28

career. This. Is not a

1:00:30

battle you can stand alone. I

1:00:33

am grateful for the support of

1:00:35

fellow journalists and multiple First Amendment

1:00:37

organizations, including The Reporters Committee For

1:00:40

Press Freedom, The Freedom of the

1:00:42

Press Foundation, The Coalition for Women

1:00:44

In Journalism The Night First Amendment

1:00:47

Institute To Society A Professional Journalists,

1:00:49

As well as the Columbia Journalism.

1:00:52

School of which I am a graduate. I.

1:00:54

Have also been fortunate to have the

1:00:57

support for my former employer as I

1:00:59

continue to feed this case. Not many

1:01:01

journalists could count on a former employer

1:01:03

in this case, Fox News to support

1:01:06

a costly and vigorous defense of the

1:01:08

First Amendment. That. Is why

1:01:10

the press as comes at the

1:01:12

right time when independent journalism and

1:01:14

news platforms. Are expanding. Opportunities

1:01:16

for reporting diverse voices.

1:01:19

That strengthen our democracy. I

1:01:22

know I joined. Many journalists were encouraged by

1:01:24

the recent comments of the Senate Majority Leader

1:01:27

Chuck Schumer, who said he hopes to have

1:01:29

the legislation through the senate and on the

1:01:31

President's desk. This. Year. I

1:01:33

deeply appreciate the committee's commitment

1:01:36

to this legislation and holding.

1:01:38

This public hearings. Yorker

1:01:40

what she's done and I want to be clear:

1:01:42

this woman is amazing. But.

1:01:44

How many other journalists don't have what she

1:01:46

has? A former employer and

1:01:48

fox or share that will stand by you.

1:01:51

In. This case that she's involved and now

1:01:53

that could bankrupt her. And

1:01:57

how many journalists don't have all those

1:01:59

organizations and. Putting journalism scores of stand

1:02:01

behind you because you've been such a rock

1:02:03

star reporter for decades. And.

1:02:07

Then. What? Reporter

1:02:09

out there now is gonna ever interested

1:02:11

trust Cbs News ever again. I

1:02:14

think what we now know and I think it's pretty clear. Is

1:02:20

it Catherine Herridge is an individual?

1:02:24

That. Was.

1:02:26

Brave enough to do her

1:02:28

job the right way. But.

1:02:31

If you're Cbs News now, are you going

1:02:34

to be as brave as her know? Cause

1:02:36

Cbs News sent a very clear message. We.

1:02:39

Don't do journalism here. We do

1:02:42

propaganda here. We.

1:02:44

Are a a machine of the

1:02:46

state? Cbs. Is

1:02:48

a state media who's ever. Are

1:02:51

in charge on the left him and

1:02:53

and the government. That's.

1:02:55

What We report on that. So we

1:02:57

report. To. Cbs.

1:03:00

There's a new Journalism Journalists was is and

1:03:02

I've been saying for a long time and

1:03:04

people said to me i'll show me proof

1:03:06

that there is biased media Right To There's

1:03:08

a biased media there are. We want to

1:03:10

see the proof of that. Show me the

1:03:12

proof. Here's the

1:03:14

proof folks. Another example example: Nine

1:03:16

Thousand, Five Hundred and Fifty Three

1:03:19

and the last year. A bias

1:03:21

in the Media's This is the

1:03:23

bias in the media. This.

1:03:26

Is what happens when it comes to

1:03:28

bias in the media. And

1:03:31

what Cbs News has said his hey, we work

1:03:33

for the Democratic Party. We're state media of the

1:03:35

Biden. As if you call us and you tell

1:03:38

us that we've got a reporter that we need

1:03:40

to get rid of, Order rid of them. And

1:03:43

if you need their files to find out who's

1:03:45

leaking and who's talking inside, the government will get

1:03:47

those for you to. That

1:03:50

is Cbs News. Seizing.

1:03:53

Of files. This.

1:03:55

Is something it's art would have been

1:03:57

unimaginable. Five years ago. But

1:04:00

when Donald Trump broke. Washington.

1:04:04

And when he broke the media

1:04:06

and two thousand and sixteen, these

1:04:08

are the repercussions for that. Okay,

1:04:10

these are the repercussions. For.

1:04:13

For for exactly that, This.

1:04:16

Is the fall out? Of

1:04:18

Joe Biden or I should say of

1:04:21

Donald Trump excuse me winning and sixteen.

1:04:24

Donald. Trump broke the media.

1:04:28

Donald. Trump broke the deep state and

1:04:30

now they're fighting back like never before

1:04:32

and this is how they're doing it.

1:04:36

And want to get your phone calls One eight, seven,

1:04:38

seven. Three Eight One

1:04:41

Thirty Eight Eleven One Eight Seven Seven

1:04:43

Three Eight One Thirty Eight Eleven Let

1:04:45

me go to David Line to welcome

1:04:47

your on the mark of in Been

1:04:49

Ferguson with you Hello. I

1:04:52

burn, decks are taken my called

1:04:54

dykes or take my called and

1:04:56

I'd been Guy Earl a graduate

1:04:58

of broadcast journalism school. Oh and

1:05:00

to admit they just go back

1:05:02

and the late seventies and we

1:05:04

were coming off. The. The.

1:05:07

Detritus that was left by the watergate.

1:05:11

Bernstein a good mood at all

1:05:13

the things that were down with

1:05:15

that and then our campus Tv

1:05:18

broadcast news station. We.

1:05:20

Always had a good news director

1:05:22

who was very adamant about us.

1:05:24

Always protect your sources also. One

1:05:27

thing that he said constantly. Sheath.

1:05:30

Your nose which you don't ever leave you

1:05:32

know, sitting around it. if it's sensitive information,

1:05:34

Jake at home with you at allotted and

1:05:36

someplace or nobody's ever going to find, he

1:05:38

goes as usual. story shit done your desk

1:05:41

and you go somewhere somebody may come to

1:05:43

get information that you had earlier on. That's

1:05:45

not what happened here. They they they they.

1:05:47

I mean she had her stuff locked up.

1:05:50

I want to be clear about that. She.

1:05:52

Had her stuff locked up and they said

1:05:55

you're outta here. And she wasn't allowed

1:05:57

to take your stuff with her and I'm a rummage

1:05:59

through her stuff. I mean I if

1:06:01

I do my show in a studio

1:06:03

and I have my locker. And

1:06:06

my stuff's locked up and then they

1:06:08

have access to it. Does it matter?

1:06:10

I mean that that is. It just

1:06:13

goes back to ethics in journalism like

1:06:15

Cbs News. And what they

1:06:17

just did is corruption at the highest

1:06:19

level. Seizing. Her files and

1:06:21

then and then rummaging through her reporting

1:06:23

and finding out who she was talking

1:06:25

to and god knows who else I

1:06:28

gave all that information to. This.

1:06:31

Is not her fault. There's.

1:06:34

Also, lot of information on a laptop,

1:06:36

right? I mean are on your computer?

1:06:38

that is lot. But if they own

1:06:40

that computer, they say they can see

1:06:42

that as well. And.

1:06:44

Again, this is about

1:06:47

intimidation. This is

1:06:49

about David Sanger. You ever journalists

1:06:51

out there hate don't do a

1:06:53

really good job. Just. Still

1:06:56

an average job. Don't.

1:06:58

Don't push too many buttons,

1:07:00

okay, just just. Just. Push

1:07:02

one or two buttons, Just.

1:07:05

Kind of tell the stories and

1:07:07

that there's something that smaller little

1:07:09

the then you can do that

1:07:12

okay but but don't really go

1:07:14

all when. And. Whatever

1:07:16

you do, don't. Shower,

1:07:19

Wins The most powerful areas

1:07:21

are leaders in our government.

1:07:23

if they are democrats. That

1:07:26

his a message Cbs News Just

1:07:28

sit. And. They said not

1:07:30

just that message, but a message to

1:07:32

every other journalists. Imagine if you're an

1:07:34

independent journalism, as if you're like a

1:07:37

small journalist, imagine a fury up and

1:07:39

coming journalists. That an organization

1:07:41

now can you imagine how many stories

1:07:43

are going to be silenced because of

1:07:45

of of what just happened? Cbs News.

1:07:48

Because what they're going to say is if

1:07:50

I if I'm risking my livelihood. To.

1:07:53

Basically be a whistle blower. Or.

1:07:56

I'm were risking my career. By.

1:07:58

helping you expose

1:08:00

what I'm witnessing, okay?

1:08:06

And CBS News will do this to

1:08:08

their top political reporter. What

1:08:10

are the chances tomorrow I'm going to give this

1:08:13

story to someone that's a lot smaller? Slim

1:08:16

to none. Yes. Well,

1:08:18

and that was the benefit of us not

1:08:20

having computers back then because everything was on

1:08:22

paper. Look,

1:08:25

I think you can certainly go back to that

1:08:27

if that, but I don't think that fixes the

1:08:29

problem. And

1:08:32

there's also the other thing is right now, how

1:08:34

much does the government just flat out spying

1:08:36

on people when they want to know what

1:08:38

they're doing? There doesn't seem to be any

1:08:40

repercussions for spying or listening in or wiretapping

1:08:42

or doing anything to any person now that

1:08:44

you want to get intel out of. The

1:08:48

government is no longer of

1:08:50

the people for the people by the people. It

1:08:52

is a government that is now taking over. I've

1:08:54

said this on this show before and I'll say

1:08:56

it again. Listen to

1:08:58

me when I tell you this, the

1:09:01

Democratic Party is dead. They

1:09:04

are no longer a Democratic

1:09:06

Party. They are Marxists, they

1:09:08

are socialists, and they are

1:09:10

communists, and they are masquerading,

1:09:13

okay? They

1:09:15

are masquerading around as

1:09:18

Democrats. They are no longer Democrats.

1:09:21

They are Marxists. They are

1:09:23

socialists. They are communists.

1:09:27

They are not here to help you. They

1:09:31

are Marxists. They are socialists. They

1:09:33

are communists. And they want a

1:09:35

government that controls the press the

1:09:38

same way it does in Russia

1:09:40

or Cuba or Venezuela or China.

1:09:43

And they want a KGB force in

1:09:45

America, which is what they've created with

1:09:48

a deep state that is constantly reminding

1:09:50

the public and the workers of

1:09:52

the government, you better be quiet and do what

1:09:54

we tell you to do. And if you don't,

1:09:57

we'll come after you. And hell,

1:09:59

we're so powerful. now will even lock

1:10:01

up a former president of the United

1:10:03

States of America and Donald Trump. And

1:10:06

if you think you can withstand financially

1:10:08

what it's going to cost to offend

1:10:10

yourself, well hey, look at Donald Trump.

1:10:12

We've almost taken everything from him. That's

1:10:18

the message. Do you, I mean, I'll say

1:10:20

one last thing about this. Donald

1:10:23

Trump, do you understand he was hours

1:10:25

away from being in financial ruin because

1:10:29

of a corrupt system in New York?

1:10:32

He was literally hours away from

1:10:34

having his property seized from

1:10:37

him. And

1:10:40

the most incredible display

1:10:42

of government corruption that

1:10:44

I've seen in my

1:10:46

entire lifetime, where

1:10:49

they were like, we are just going to

1:10:51

take everything from you all because you're running

1:10:53

for president and we're afraid we can't beat

1:10:55

you on election day. So

1:10:58

we're going to destroy your life.

1:11:04

We are going to destroy everything

1:11:06

that you've

1:11:09

done and we're going to

1:11:11

take it all from you. That is

1:11:13

what our federal government and that is what

1:11:15

our state governments are now saying to anyone

1:11:17

that is powerful or strong and standing up

1:11:20

for democracy, standing up for freedom of speech,

1:11:22

standing up for freedom of expression, standing up

1:11:24

for first and second amendment rights. And

1:11:28

if you're a journalist and you get a phone

1:11:30

call and it's from somebody high up in our

1:11:32

government that says, I need to tell you about

1:11:34

corruption and I need to know that you're going

1:11:36

to protect me no matter what the days of

1:11:39

Woodward and Bernstein are over. They will seize your

1:11:41

files and the government will come in and they

1:11:43

will find out who you are and then they

1:11:45

will come after you and they may even lock

1:11:47

you up. And oh, by the way, journalists will

1:11:49

cost you $800 a day in contempt. If

1:11:55

you don't give us what we tell you, which is give us

1:11:57

your source and then we'll maybe get you.

1:12:00

Fired. Or. Quote laid

is hard for me to get my head around the

fact this is happening in the United States of America.

Been Ferguson with you! Hello! Man

that ah I needed to you

1:14:34

soft. Ask

1:14:37

the eyes. It's

1:14:39

their job to do

1:14:41

this. Now.

1:14:44

The director of the every I'd. Is

1:14:48

I'm. He he comes off as

1:14:50

a man of integrity. And

1:14:53

it's of their jobs Cbs.

1:14:56

Committed a constitutional

1:14:59

crime, And

1:15:01

it's the government's job specifically

1:15:03

the F B I his

1:15:05

job to look into this

1:15:07

N N and take control.

1:15:11

They won't. Because.

1:15:14

She was exposing. Corruption.

1:15:16

And government. Listen.

1:15:21

It's their job. And

1:15:24

sincere job period. It's also

1:15:26

their job though to to

1:15:28

to get rid of corrupt

1:15:30

politicians. And. When they have

1:15:32

evidence. That. Says how corrupt

1:15:34

they are. It is their job

1:15:36

to didn't investigate it and we know now

1:15:38

that the F B I. Knew.

1:15:41

For example, if the hunter by by laptop

1:15:43

was real, an authentic. They. also

1:15:45

knew the still dossier which was used

1:15:47

to try to overthrow the well the

1:15:49

people it impedes donald trump they they

1:15:51

is actually categorize it as quote user

1:15:54

generated they knew that city and see

1:15:56

and hillary clinton's campaign had created it

1:15:58

out of thin air They

1:16:00

knew that. Okay,

1:16:02

they knew it. And

1:16:06

they covered up the crimes of the Biden

1:16:08

crime family. We

1:16:10

do not have a government that

1:16:12

is for the people by the

1:16:14

people anymore. We have a government

1:16:16

that is controlling the people and

1:16:18

spying on the people and locking

1:16:20

up the people and entrapping the

1:16:22

people or nudging, as it

1:16:25

was said in that video from last week,

1:16:27

right? Oh, it's just a nudge. We nudge

1:16:29

people to entrap them, right? This is no

1:16:31

different than General Flynn going and meeting with

1:16:33

the FBI, who had no reason to fear

1:16:35

in the Situation Room. What were they doing?

1:16:37

They were entrapping him. And

1:16:39

it was laughed about by James Comer, who

1:16:41

laughed. He was like, you know, I just

1:16:43

thought I'd send a few guys in there

1:16:45

and see basically this guy that loves America,

1:16:47

this dumb a would be stupid enough to

1:16:49

sit down with us so we could entrap

1:16:51

him. And he laughed about it. I'm

1:16:57

going to send in a couple guys. Why

1:17:00

did you do it? Do you remember when Comer said that? Do

1:17:04

you remember when Comer smiled and

1:17:07

laughed and mocked

1:17:09

the fact that the government was

1:17:12

so big? I

1:17:14

mean, he was just this was amazing for him,

1:17:16

right? What a great moment for him. When

1:17:19

James Comey said that, I said Comer, I

1:17:21

meant James Comey, excuse me. When

1:17:23

James Comey, you know, and

1:17:25

Flynn, it was like, oh, yeah, we'll just entrap

1:17:27

the guy. No problem. We'll just

1:17:29

send in a couple of guys and we'll laugh in their

1:17:32

face. We will mock them and

1:17:35

then we'll lock him up and then we'll get

1:17:37

him to roll on Trump because surely he's got something

1:17:39

on Trump. Surely

1:17:41

there's and Flynn had no reason to

1:17:43

believe he need a lawyer and no

1:17:45

reason why he shouldn't help sit down

1:17:48

and talk to the FBI

1:17:50

in the Situation Room. He thought they were on

1:17:52

the same team. Haha.

1:17:55

Jokes on you, right? Jokes

1:17:57

on you. and

1:18:00

filling in for the great remark, Levitt. Much

1:18:03

more coming up. He's

1:19:00

here. He's here. Welcome.

1:19:30

It is The Mark Levin Show. Ben Ferguson

1:19:32

with you. It is so nice to be with

1:19:34

you tonight. Mark Levin on assignment, and that

1:19:36

means it's a big one. We'll be back

1:19:38

with you soon, and you're not

1:19:40

going to want to miss that. We've got

1:19:42

a lot to chat about tonight, including the

1:19:44

shocking news. Coming out now,

1:19:47

the Calvin Heritage of CBS News

1:19:50

had her files seized by

1:19:53

CBS News, and

1:19:55

her confidential sources, I think,

1:19:58

clearly compromised. Is this

1:20:00

happening in America today? Because. This.

1:20:03

Is how the Deep State fights back. And.

1:20:06

This is how the media fights back.

1:20:08

When you're doing your job and you

1:20:10

start to expose, corruption in the government

1:20:12

is against the people that are corrupt.

1:20:15

including. The Biden Crime Family. This.

1:20:18

Is how they come after you. To.

1:20:20

Put you back in your place, And.

1:20:22

They will come after you on stories eat in

1:20:25

the past a story that Catherine did as a

1:20:27

hard time at Fox News. She's. Now

1:20:29

been held in contempt. Why? I

1:20:32

den another simple reason. Because.

1:20:36

She wouldn't give up her sources.

1:20:39

Testifying before Congress, she made

1:20:41

it clear. That it's

1:20:43

it is shocking to see now that

1:20:45

Cbs News of our to me out

1:20:48

the building and sees hundreds of pages

1:20:50

of my reporting files including confidential source

1:20:52

information. Then she said multiple sources said

1:20:55

they were concerned. That. By working

1:20:57

with made expose government corruption and

1:20:59

misconduct they would be identified and

1:21:01

exposed and then that he this.

1:21:05

Isn't A sees my reporting records

1:21:07

cross the red line that I

1:21:09

believe should never be cross buy

1:21:11

any media organization. So.

1:21:13

Why Is this happening? One simple

1:21:16

reason. Because. She was doing

1:21:18

her job. She.

1:21:20

Was doing her job. One

1:21:22

eight seven Seven Three Eight

1:21:24

One Thirty Eight Eleven One

1:21:26

Eight Seven seven. Three.

1:21:29

Eight One Thirty Eight Eleven. Now I

1:21:31

go back to what I said about

1:21:33

Donald Trump. Ah,

1:21:35

And and what Donald Trump went through and

1:21:37

and what he's going through now. This

1:21:40

is a game plan and it's one of

1:21:42

if full blown intimidation. This is what by

1:21:44

the way they did with a lot of

1:21:47

people that were in and around January. The

1:21:50

six who were not insurrectionist.

1:21:52

Okay, Mirrors. P Boy

1:21:54

I could watch them and see them on video.

1:21:56

The cross the line. There. Are

1:21:58

people that attacked law enforcement? On January

1:22:00

the six and they should be held

1:22:02

accountable for what they did. They.

1:22:05

Should be held accountable. But.

1:22:08

There was a lot of peaceful protesters that

1:22:10

were there. And you have

1:22:12

the right to protest in a free country. but

1:22:14

we're not a free country anymore and that's also

1:22:16

the signal that are deep state or government sending

1:22:18

to us if we don't like. if you get

1:22:21

out of line, if you if you say too

1:22:23

much, if you do too much we are then

1:22:25

going to come after you. Let.

1:22:27

Me: give you another example of the corruption

1:22:30

and I'm talking about it has nothing to

1:22:32

do with. With. With with it

1:22:34

with with Catherine and Cbs News' or

1:22:36

even Donald Trump. But. Did

1:22:38

you see what Vice President Com Or Harris

1:22:40

said about the new eighty of Rule? Forcing

1:22:43

background checks on private gun sales. Did

1:22:45

you see this? She's excited because this

1:22:47

is another example. The Deep State is

1:22:49

another example. Government: total control. Listen to

1:22:52

what she said. The White House office.

1:22:54

Savvy by sell as head of

1:22:56

the White House office of them

1:22:58

for this is very excited that

1:23:00

as of today. He.

1:23:11

He. He.

1:23:15

All. To follow.

1:23:18

Me: A. Good.

1:23:25

News Report today. By the way we are,

1:23:27

I'm I'm one of those. It's warned about

1:23:29

the slippery slope. You know the slippery slope

1:23:31

were you given you give an inch and

1:23:33

will take a mile. You.

1:23:35

Notice how fast the slippery slope here became

1:23:38

reality. Like a way I just wanna let

1:23:40

you know is this woman is taking away

1:23:42

America's guns. I we we were getting even

1:23:44

better at this. We're getting closer to a

1:23:46

cop was seeing this we're excited at the

1:23:48

zoo. A tip for all forcing background checks

1:23:50

and private gun sales. I'm very excited. Tell

1:23:52

you that as of today we're closing the

1:23:54

gun show loophole as he describes it. And

1:23:58

then says don't worry now what's next,

1:24:00

right? Slippery Slope. Wernick.

1:24:02

All those those assault rifles. That's all

1:24:04

we're going to do. Not say we're

1:24:07

so excited. Chinese assault rifles are common.

1:24:09

Next smokes, we're coming for you. I

1:24:16

never thought I would see a day in America. Where

1:24:19

I would watch. My

1:24:23

rights. Be.

1:24:25

Taken away so quickly and there's

1:24:28

so many people. That.

1:24:30

Are just sitting on their a double s is

1:24:33

doing nothing about it. Ah

1:24:36

is in. The.

1:24:38

Tests for this. Is

1:24:42

cool that. There

1:24:44

is a certain point where the lockdowns warn about

1:24:46

not knowing what to do, where the fear of

1:24:48

the unknown. It

1:24:51

was about what can we get away with and how

1:24:53

far can we take. People's. Freedoms

1:24:55

and rights. It was a test case

1:24:57

in what we can get away with

1:24:59

and what they realize was the government

1:25:02

realize it all. Different.

1:25:05

Levels. The.

1:25:07

Government realized and the and

1:25:10

in the corrupt people in

1:25:12

our government realize. There

1:25:14

are so many Americans that are

1:25:16

just so stupid. That

1:25:19

are so obsessed with staring into

1:25:21

their cell phones. And

1:25:23

not paying attention to what's happening

1:25:25

around them. And

1:25:27

not not carrying that. the

1:25:29

right sir are being just

1:25:32

absolutely destroyed. There

1:25:34

are so many people. That

1:25:38

are just put their heads

1:25:40

in the sand and are

1:25:43

incredibly incompetence. That

1:25:45

are incredibly stupid. And

1:25:48

they don't care that their rights are being

1:25:50

taken away from them, that they can get

1:25:52

away with doing the things that they're now

1:25:54

getting away with looking at. I I've got

1:25:56

go back to cover Know I warned you

1:25:58

have this: There was a sir. The moment

1:26:00

during cove the lockdowns. That was not

1:26:02

about your safety. it was about. What?

1:26:06

They say no to this. Remember.

1:26:08

When they told you couldn't go to church. And

1:26:11

they're like oh my gosh guys. weaken.

1:26:14

Weekend. Control These people. With.

1:26:19

Everything. There. When they told

1:26:21

you at what was try this we're going to tell

1:26:23

building a shut down or businesses. And

1:26:26

go bankrupt. Oh my gosh, the people in a fight

1:26:28

Back when we told them that that. We're

1:26:30

going to shut down, their businesses are going to go bankrupt.

1:26:33

This is amazing. What else can we get

1:26:35

away with? Can we tell those they that

1:26:37

they their kids can't get an education? Guys.

1:26:42

We just told people that they they could. No.

1:26:45

Longer educate their children in school

1:26:47

and they went along with it.

1:26:50

Or. It when our and tell me the ghosts and six

1:26:52

feet apart from one another, let's see if that works.

1:26:54

Oh my gosh, No. Do that too. Though

1:26:57

stance six feet apart. They

1:26:59

will tell them they carry out at restaurants so let's

1:27:02

say we get away without. Oh my gosh, we got

1:27:04

away with that To. They.

1:27:06

Will tell people that they can't even sit with

1:27:08

their family members they don't live the same house

1:27:10

or whether out eating. At thirty

1:27:12

percent occupancy in a restaurant where

1:27:14

they must put their mask on

1:27:16

him between sips, in between bites.

1:27:18

And they'll do that to. What?

1:27:24

They've figured out was is the

1:27:27

American people right now We live

1:27:29

in such a is in a

1:27:31

world where so many people are

1:27:33

so selfish that they're willing to

1:27:35

just stare at their phone and

1:27:37

be hypnotized by technology and just

1:27:40

saying. Okay, I mean. Hey,

1:27:42

I've got my phone. I've got. I've got Instagram.

1:27:44

I got Facebook and Twitter. I'm I'm I'm on

1:27:46

my phone. I'm not talking to people anymore. I'm

1:27:48

not having conversations with one another. Oh

1:27:51

wait, you're here to raid my house? Okay, why got nothing

1:27:54

to hide? so it's so big deal. Read my house or

1:27:56

you you wanna you wanna? Okay way you want to take

1:27:58

my guns away from me? Okay with it. Like

1:28:00

I mean I I ok do that. You are.

1:28:02

you want to take away my business. Okay A

1:28:04

you can take away my Billie. Oh wait, you're

1:28:06

trying to lock up the President Odds: it's America.

1:28:08

I don't care. I'm in my phone. They

1:28:12

understand that we live in, it is

1:28:15

in a society now where we are

1:28:17

so stupid. We are so distracted by

1:28:19

Tuck. In

1:28:21

Instagram An Exit, Everything else that

1:28:23

we we are so wrapped up

1:28:25

in these and in these meaningless

1:28:27

names of life that no one

1:28:30

is noticing. Except

1:28:32

for a few of us that listen

1:28:34

to the show and that actually understand

1:28:36

what's happening that we are giving aware

1:28:38

that were not given what. They're taking away

1:28:40

every one of our basic constitutional rights

1:28:42

and they're doing right for a very

1:28:44

eyes and no one seems to care.

1:28:50

Can you imagine what would this country would have

1:28:52

done if. Woodward. And Bernstein

1:28:54

would have been let go. By.

1:28:57

The Washington Post. Did.

1:29:01

You imagine. Can.

1:29:04

You imagine if they would have been fired in

1:29:06

their files would have been seized or when the

1:29:08

Pentagon papers were going down of there is the

1:29:11

files would have been seized and the sources would

1:29:13

have been. Exposed.

1:29:17

To can you imagine what would have happened.

1:29:20

If. We had a deep state that would have

1:29:22

turned up as if I will go back.

1:29:24

Something else that that syncing there was mentioned

1:29:26

recently. By.

1:29:28

Their through evidence. And.

1:29:30

And questions that she be asked about what

1:29:32

our government didn't getting rid of Jfk. And

1:29:36

and it was like a lot of evidence came out

1:29:38

not that long ago. And

1:29:40

no one seemed to care that it.

1:29:42

It seems that the government may been

1:29:44

involved in in in in his assassination.

1:29:49

Like. Where the big articles being

1:29:51

written on that. Wears:

1:29:53

A big investigations in the Ike Us

1:29:55

1:30:00

In general. but when you look at Zaid

1:30:02

some of those issues you're like what like

1:30:04

are are are are we just gonna sit

1:30:06

here with our heads in the san until

1:30:08

we wake up one day and we don't

1:30:10

1:30:13

No such thing as property rights.

1:30:16

There's no such thing as constitutional rights. There's

1:30:18

no such thing as a second. A memory

1:30:20

more. There's no such thing as a first Some

1:30:22

him a more. There's no such thing as

1:30:24

it is is is is journalism any more.

1:30:27

Like. Are we gonna wake up one

1:30:30

day? And. Witness.

1:30:33

A. At what will that moment be?

1:30:36

Like. Where we can lock up anybody for

1:30:38

any reason we can bankrupt them, the government can

1:30:40

come in and quote know jew in a certain

1:30:42

direction. And

1:30:45

all this happens and everybody's fine with

1:30:47

it. Because.

1:30:50

Apparently that's now where we are.

1:30:55

And it's happening at the highest levels

1:30:57

in front of us, and there doesn't

1:31:00

seem to be genuine and real. Authentic.

1:31:03

Outrage. And.

1:31:06

Not only are they doing it, they're doing

1:31:08

it with videos at the White House Com

1:32:41

We don't. We don't. We don't talk about that.

1:32:45

I don't answer questions of

1:32:47

1:32:49

one else in the government seems to be asking

1:32:51

that question. No. No

1:32:53

one else in the government. Or

1:32:55

as the same as the media me rephrase

1:32:58

that is asking that question. Where.

the world. Oh, and that's not all. Remember.

1:36:13

Those. Illegal immigrants

1:36:16

that viciously beat up police

1:36:18

officers in. New. York City,

1:36:21

Yeah. We found out a lot

1:36:23

of Balthus. The New York

1:36:25

Police Department Commissioner Edward, her

1:36:27

boss. He had

1:36:29

some words to say about February's vicious

1:36:32

seats down of those officers by legal

1:36:34

immigrants. I'm gonna tell you what

1:36:36

he had to say coming up next and Ferguson

1:36:55

It is often Ferguson filling in

1:36:58

for the great. When Mark was

1:37:00

then New York Police Commissioner Edward

1:37:02

happened. Was

1:37:04

interviewed about February's vicious beat

1:37:07

down of an officer by

1:37:09

a group of illegal aliens.

1:37:13

I. Want you to hear what he had to say

1:37:15

about those individuals and you know like who they

1:37:17

are and where they came from and what we

1:37:19

know about them since they beat down. Our.

1:37:21

Police and one that has grown more

1:37:24

competition with the recent arrival of nearly

1:37:26

two hundred thousand migrants when it was

1:37:28

at high profile crime and Times Square

1:37:30

when the officer was beat by deeply

1:37:33

migrants you call them goes criminals who

1:37:35

do you mean by that right now

1:37:37

was mad no idea is is no

1:37:39

way with us or where they live

1:37:41

where they come from Moscow financing that

1:37:44

makes her job offer and try to

1:37:46

combat crime and karma for people you

1:37:48

know the names of. Yeah,

1:37:51

absolutely. The. New York. Police.

1:37:53

Department commissioner said. These.

1:37:56

Are goes criminals, Will.

1:37:59

You know, the first. They are happens if the southern border

1:38:01

right when people come across i know this is

1:38:03

a been the border and you can witness said

1:38:05

is that people dump their documents. They.

1:38:08

Don't want you to know who they are. They. Dump

1:38:11

their documents a date or passports a

1:38:13

dancer I d's. How.

1:38:16

Many Ghosts. Or In America right now?

1:38:18

Literally Millions Of ghosts. We

1:38:21

know that some of them are terrorism. a terrorist

1:38:23

watchlist. Were. Catching terrorists come

1:38:25

across southern border record numbers right now, but

1:38:27

we don't know how many got away. right?

1:38:31

A week we don't. Know.

1:38:37

Kate Wheat We. We. Don't know

1:38:40

how many are in this country did

1:38:42

have come in here illegally did are

1:38:44

terrorists and as the police chief said.

1:38:49

We. Don't know who they are? There goes criminals. They.

1:38:51

Show up, They commit crimes they beat or

1:38:54

officers we don't know who they are, we

1:38:56

don't even know like were I go or

1:38:58

how to describe them. But.

1:39:00

Hey we're a sanctuary city right

1:39:02

Where A welcoming city where I

1:39:04

loving city we are a kind

1:39:06

city come one come all. and

1:39:08

till you start wreaking havoc on

1:39:10

our society on our cities and

1:39:12

then would change your minds ago.

1:39:14

Can ever my just getting But

1:39:16

But but A We still believe

1:39:19

in the principles of allowing illegal

1:39:21

immigrants into this country. That's what

1:39:23

we do still believe. In. Illegal

1:39:29

immigrants or overtaking this country whether

1:39:32

it's California and offering health insurance

1:39:34

to all the undocumented immigrants. Weathered

1:39:36

senior police commissioner saying we pretty

1:39:38

much have goes criminals with ghosts

1:39:40

Like goes criminals around as ghosts.

1:39:44

Donald. Trump by the way. Also

1:39:46

saying this about the benefits that we're

1:39:48

now giving out to illegal immigrants. He.

1:39:51

Said they're trying to kill the democrats trying to

1:39:53

kill So Security and Medicare by allowing the invasion

1:39:55

of migrants. He says I won't do that. This

1:39:58

is why I believe that seventy Mayor kids are

1:40:00

gonna vote for Miss Time. Unlike. The

1:40:02

Democrats: you're killing Social security

1:40:04

and Medicare by allowing these

1:40:06

invasion of migrants into our

1:40:08

country is in absolutes like

1:40:10

a military invasion. I will

1:40:12

not under any circumstances allow

1:40:14

either of these too precious

1:40:16

gems to be even touched

1:40:18

under a Trump Administration's you

1:40:20

will always have your Social

1:40:22

Security in full as yeah.

1:40:24

But now and you always

1:40:26

have your Medicare. Biden. Can

1:40:28

not say that because Biden

1:40:30

is killing them. Both with the

1:40:33

invasion of migrants and while as

1:40:35

the same time destroying our country

1:40:37

as every other way. Mega.

1:40:40

Twenty Twenty Four. He's.

1:40:42

Right by the way, We. Talk about

1:40:44

destroying our country. Not. Only do

1:40:46

we have a corrupt governments. It's

1:40:48

going after journalists and taking their

1:40:50

files and and spying on us

1:40:52

and setting people up for entrapment.

1:40:55

But now we also know how

1:40:57

you destroy America as destroy the

1:40:59

middle class. This. Is how you

1:41:01

get people dependent on the government right to

1:41:03

say you get socialism and communism to just

1:41:05

appear out of nowhere. Socialists.

1:41:08

And Communists never have the power to

1:41:10

do what they do. and less the

1:41:12

people are weak. Kate.

1:41:16

When the people are we, the

1:41:18

government is strong. When the Gwyn

1:41:20

society as week, When our economy

1:41:22

as week. What income in Socialism

1:41:24

and Communism? So. What

1:41:26

do we know about what's happened with

1:41:28

by now mix well. Here's a reality:

1:41:30

The average family as last twenty three

1:41:32

thousand, seven hundred and sixty dollars paying

1:41:35

for the increased costs of living under

1:41:37

Biden. That according

1:41:39

to the Joint Economic Committee. Do.

1:41:41

You want to know how when you

1:41:44

break it down how bad it is,

1:41:46

the average family now under Biden Omics

1:41:48

is paying for thousand one hundred seventy

1:41:50

dollars more on energy. Three thousand two

1:41:53

earn six hours more on food. Almost.

1:41:56

Four thousand dollars more on

1:41:58

shelter. As. A. Thousand

1:42:00

Four Hundred and Fifty Five

1:42:02

thousand more on transportation that

1:42:04

is by now makes now

1:42:06

coming from a Joint Economic

1:42:08

Committee. So yes, you're buying

1:42:11

power with inflation has skyrocketed.

1:42:13

That means you are weaker.

1:42:15

And when you are weaker.

1:42:17

What? Does that mean. What?

1:42:21

Does it mean. It. Means

1:42:23

they have more power. Kercher

1:42:25

Joe Biden has more power. Trump

1:42:27

talking about that today as well

1:42:30

as yourselves a cooker. Joe Biden.

1:42:32

The worse than most corrupt President

1:42:34

of the history. the United States

1:42:37

by far is leading the weaponization

1:42:39

of government against his political opponents.

1:42:41

Me, crooked Joe is a threat

1:42:44

to democracy. We cannot let him

1:42:46

continue in office all of this

1:42:48

weaponization and lawfare that you're watching.

1:42:51

All of these lawsuits against Me.

1:42:53

They're all started by the. D

1:42:55

O J, The F B I, all

1:42:57

of the people and governments, even the

1:42:59

same cases in the city Cases they're

1:43:01

being run by the D O J,

1:43:04

They put their people in there and

1:43:06

they're being run by the D O

1:43:08

J. We have to stop weaponization. This

1:43:10

never been. It is A my kids

1:43:12

in the history of our country's it's

1:43:14

happened before but only in third world

1:43:16

countries and were becoming a third world

1:43:18

country. Between our borders and all of

1:43:20

the other things that are so bad

1:43:23

so so bad. But we have to

1:43:25

stop. The weaponization and we have to

1:43:27

stop. Now The best way to soften

1:43:29

his November Fifth. We're going to beat

1:43:31

them like a drum. Thank you very

1:43:33

much Donald Trump putting out the message

1:43:35

and he's right. Joe. Biden

1:43:37

the deep straight. Is. Coming

1:43:40

after him. And why are they coming

1:43:42

after them? They're coming after them because

1:43:44

is a threat to their power. That's.

1:43:49

What this is about? A

1:43:52

reporter today as the White House Press

1:43:54

Secretary. Like a when you guys gonna

1:43:56

be honest about inflation, you keep saying

1:43:58

inflation's wow. it's not. Listen to that.

1:44:03

The president has said would cease the

1:44:05

he said what he saw his where

1:44:07

he took where he took office. A

1:44:09

pandemic was happening right is disrupted the

1:44:11

supply chain. We know you know what

1:44:13

happens when the supply chain is disrupted.

1:44:15

you know with that leads to. And

1:44:18

so fast when he was. That's. What. He's

1:44:20

Very. That's what he's doing. Rights.

1:44:22

As a present knows what he saw. Reporter

1:44:24

is Biden being honest about inflation John Beer

1:44:27

Biden said what we so it is what

1:44:29

he saw, what he took office. Do.

1:44:33

You know what he actually saw when

1:44:35

he took office? because we have data.

1:44:37

We. Can go back and plugin a date and

1:44:40

find a price. It's pretty simple. When

1:44:42

Biden took office when he took

1:44:44

office. Okay, this is it when

1:44:46

we were dealing with covered. Inflation

1:44:49

was, at one point four

1:44:52

percent. Gas. Was

1:44:54

tude hours and thirty nine cents a gallon. Today.

1:44:57

Inflation has been at or above three

1:44:59

percent for thirty six straight months, and

1:45:01

gas is fifty two percent higher than

1:45:04

it was on average the day that

1:45:06

he took office. So if you just

1:45:08

want to talk about what happened. right?

1:45:11

Here if you're just wanna talk about what

1:45:13

happened. And. The White House's

1:45:15

and have answers right? They they don't know, their

1:45:18

babbling idiots over there. Listen for. Things I

1:45:20

am going to be careful because obviously

1:45:22

researching. But Twenty Twenty four. I mean

1:45:24

look at. I

1:45:29

love that Joe Biden by the way talking about the

1:45:31

twentieth century and of you guys sought out but he

1:45:33

got the century wrong. And searches asked

1:45:35

about that is likewise extra time I turn to revert

1:45:37

know he wasn't. Know.

1:45:39

It know he was not. That

1:45:42

as in the White House. Also.

1:45:44

Lying to you by border scary because

1:45:46

they don't want to secure border they

1:45:48

want, They want a wide open borders

1:45:50

has been done to undermine America Full

1:45:52

stop. What else? Presser Juri acting asking

1:45:55

about that like hey you guys have

1:45:57

the ability to to change things in

1:45:59

executive actions right? Don't. You

1:46:01

have. Why did the present just do executive

1:46:03

actions a secure the border? Here's here's a

1:46:05

what else for surgery on securing the border.

1:46:07

Know. Executive Action is going to have

1:46:10

the schools are the full resources

1:46:12

that we need to suggest is

1:46:14

not. So. So executive action

1:46:16

is a work. You. Came in

1:46:18

office never executive action. The Trump

1:46:20

use that did work you on

1:46:22

did immediately. And

1:46:25

by the way, by Mad Ninety Four

1:46:27

Executive actions. From. His first

1:46:29

hundred days to dismantle President

1:46:31

Trump successful border security policies.

1:46:35

So. There was ninety four. Executive

1:46:37

actions in the first hundred days

1:46:39

to get rid of everything Donald

1:46:41

Trump did successfully secure the Southern

1:46:43

border, and The White House says

1:46:46

today. Know executive axes

1:46:48

going to have a full resources that

1:46:50

we need for border security so therefore

1:46:52

we're just not going to do it.

1:46:55

So. So let's go back to the economy

1:46:57

for a second. Right at the white of

1:46:59

face like we're We're telling you, Americans are

1:47:01

hurting right now, White House. What do you

1:47:04

have to say about that? Is your your.

1:47:06

Phone surveys, About.

1:47:09

Issues that are facing a

1:47:11

grocery stores. Mccain ran. I

1:47:14

mean to say to the Union the

1:47:16

President made very clear about what he

1:47:18

understands what the Americans are facing and

1:47:20

he's taught at almost every every as

1:47:22

as as his head criss crossing the

1:47:24

country after or the state of the

1:47:26

union about lowering costs, how important it

1:47:28

is and how there's more work to

1:47:30

do you hear that and New Hampshire

1:47:32

in North Carolina who spoke about his

1:47:34

work to lower health care costs in

1:47:36

of let Las Vegas he discuss his

1:47:38

plan to build and renovate renovate two

1:47:41

million homes to lower housing costs in

1:47:43

Madison he announced. His student debt Relief

1:47:45

plan. He also spoke with Senator

1:47:47

Sanders just last week about his

1:47:49

progress. More in costs for prescription drugs and

1:47:51

inhalers. This week he spoke about

1:47:53

plants lower costs for childcare, home

1:47:56

health care, or. Out of here he

1:47:58

talks about lowering costs almost as. Event: I

1:48:00

just played out the events that she did in

1:48:02

March. And in early April about

1:48:04

how he's making sure. That the

1:48:06

number one economics are concerns that American

1:48:09

half are lowering costs. Their

1:48:12

their this right? It's all talk,

1:48:14

it's no action. Overall, prices in

1:48:17

this country up by nineteen point

1:48:19

four percent since Biden took office.

1:48:25

Nineteen Point Four percent over

1:48:27

oil prices are up. The

1:48:29

average American family has lost

1:48:32

twenty thousand dollars. Actors.

1:48:34

More than twenty thousand hours of are

1:48:36

going to use accurate numbers as use

1:48:39

accurate numbers as really talk about the

1:48:41

numbers. The average American families us twenty

1:48:43

three thousand, seven hundred and sixty dollars

1:48:45

and buying power paying for your increased

1:48:47

costs of living under Biden and you

1:48:50

have to understand that is being done

1:48:52

on purpose because when you're weak. In.

1:48:55

The American people are weak and they understand

1:48:57

they can take away everything from you and you

1:48:59

will do it. You will sit there and

1:49:01

you will just be quiet and we the

1:49:03

average American is so stupid. it's like I

1:49:05

just give me my I phone and I'll just

1:49:07

sit here and you can take away everything

1:49:09

for me. I don't need freedom of speech,

1:49:11

freedom of expression. You couldn't. Just gimme gimme my

1:49:13

crack. Give me my phone. And

1:49:17

went yesterday. I had a cool experience. Just.

1:49:20

To put this in perspective, And

1:49:23

I went to the I for some oh I forgot to

1:49:25

go The Masters. Of a dear friend of

1:49:27

mine is in the masters and I got to go and

1:49:29

I got to watch him. Play the

1:49:31

part three course yesterday and and in in

1:49:34

practice and. You. Can't take a

1:49:36

phone in. And it's the weirdest

1:49:38

thing because like my phone is really important What

1:49:40

I do. Take. Really

1:49:42

important when I do. A. Happy

1:49:44

we can touch me. It's how I I plan for

1:49:46

today's show and things like that. And I set my

1:49:48

phone in a car. From.

1:49:51

Early in the morning until. The end

1:49:53

of the tournament. And

1:49:56

one I got to witness was. People. Interacting

1:49:58

people talking, People.

1:50:00

Conversing people standing in line

1:50:02

to get a permit to

1:50:05

cheese in a a famous.

1:50:08

Peach. Ice cream sandwich at the it and

1:50:10

and talking to one another and said just

1:50:12

staring at the front I got to watch

1:50:15

people experience my I got to watch a

1:50:17

whole when one right there. When it happened

1:50:19

with Victor hop on a par three course.

1:50:23

I. Got to see Condoleezza Rice Soup who I

1:50:25

I got to know back of a day when

1:50:27

I worked in that with the Bush Administration. I

1:50:31

got to walk over and say hello and give her a

1:50:33

hug as she was sitting there and she wants the same

1:50:35

or once we got expense and I don't get any pictures

1:50:37

from a day. Know. I'd take

1:50:39

your cameron. I'd I were. In fact, we've got to

1:50:41

go pro in a band. Go prose. We don't know

1:50:43

why, but then so be it. But.

1:50:48

I got to watch how much societies

1:50:50

been destroyed by technology. You.

1:50:53

Know there used to be real conversations country like

1:50:56

we're having right now the use be fireside chats

1:50:58

used to be community to use be pure the

1:51:00

talk their neighbors that use be viewed it showed

1:51:02

up the city council meeting counting commission meanings and

1:51:05

board of aldermen meetings and as and and would

1:51:07

talk to their elected officials and organize and and

1:51:09

really sin of for what they believe that. And

1:51:13

we saw some of that coming back during coveted

1:51:15

to the extreme abuse of power for us to

1:51:17

stand up for rights. For.

1:51:20

What I've noticed as we don't like that to it.

1:51:26

We're. Such a selfish society

1:51:29

Now. No.

1:51:31

One cares about one another. No.

1:51:33

One stands up for. The. People

1:51:35

that need to be stood up for. Know.

1:51:38

What he talks: "No one talks to anyone

1:51:40

anymore, how you got to dinner now, network

1:51:42

of families you can see the breakdown, the

1:51:44

family" Just. Because you get

1:51:47

a mom on her phone he got a downer.

1:51:49

found your son is finding a dollar phone. No

1:51:51

one's talking, no one's conversing, no one to having

1:51:53

a conversation with anyone anymore. We're.

1:51:56

All just buried in this technology

1:51:58

and wow, This Is Happening. This

1:52:00

is a it's like we're all walking

1:52:02

around and a technology coma and while

1:52:04

I'm wow This is Happening. While.

1:52:07

You're on your drug. The government

1:52:09

is taking over this country and

1:52:11

taking away your rights and I

1:52:14

witnessed it in one day yesterday.

1:52:17

I'm I'm thankful I got to are

1:52:19

the masters I am more think why

1:52:21

got see what Saudi will quite before

1:52:24

we got this damn technology. It is

1:52:26

destroying our kids' minds, is destroying our

1:52:28

families, is destroying marriage as it is

1:52:30

destroying relationships is destroying getting to know

1:52:33

your fellow man. And

1:52:36

for one day I got to see what it looked

1:52:38

like before all that crap happened. One.

1:52:40

Eight Seven Seven Three Eight One Thirty Eight Eleven. Been

1:52:43

1:53:18

1:53:20

Get a masters but to see an event where no

1:53:22

one was rather have their phone was unbelievable. And

1:53:25

you realize how much it was. It was a

1:53:27

moment. I've got three boys. I try to live

1:53:29

in a moment. This thing. I'm telling you, it's

1:53:31

cancer in our hands. This.

1:53:34

Phone is destroying our society is

1:53:36

is is destroying our our faith.

1:53:39

In. An inner. In.

1:53:44

It. Is destroying relationships? And

1:53:47

I see it everywhere now. I'm guilty of it. But

1:53:50

but. Take this morning.

1:53:52

we're gonna lose or kids. Were.

1:53:55

Gonna lose our families. Were.

1:53:57

Going to lose or country because we're so

1:53:59

1:54:01

with what's on these phones. Were.

1:54:05

Going to lose Society Were always humidity

1:54:07

We're going to lose Compassion. And

1:54:10

and while we're all distracted right now,

1:54:12

what's happening is as everybody else, That

1:54:16

is wanting to change this country fundamental

1:54:18

into something we can even imagine is

1:54:20

getting free rein because we're not watching
