A versatile Artist from Brixton, London, UK. Though born in London, Mark Anthony is fiercely proud of his Jamaican heritage, being a descendant of The Maroons on both sides of his family. Starting as a Jungle/Drum and Bass/UKG MC using the name Blazin' at the are of 17, he has since mastered the art of rhyming over most genres, most notably Rap/Hip Hop and Dancehall, though he has featured on tracks from numerous genres including Dub Step, Rock, Soul/R&B, and many more. Mark is an active member of the Brixton community and though his music is highly entertaining, his main aim is to raise awareness of issues that affect not only his local community, but the world on a whole. Unafraid to court controversy through his music, Mark uses his gift to speak for those who would otherwise be ignored and to build platforms to create opportunities for young people that he never had himself.
