It's easy to continue to give to your marriage but not give attention to yourself.
You can only give what you have. If you're stressed out due to the day-to-day duties of running a relationship then you're due for a break. It doesn't necessarily have to be a weekend away though nothing wrong with that.
There are little things you can do and make a part of your daily or weekly routine that will ease the pressure.
