When we relax into Being - we are tapping into the natural essence of who and what we are. From this deeper dimension within us, there is space and allowance to let go and let fall away the mental and emotional streams, which many of us over-identify with. This is what causes a lot of suffering...needless suffering. One beautiful way to begin the restoration to wholeness and healing within, is to relax into Being. In today's episode, I speak in the moment of the power of nature and its potent aliveness, which mirrors the universal consciousness that lives within you.
