Working, leading and dealing with people can be challenging because there is always some kind of relational aspect that’s “on the table”. The two main groups of people that we spend most of our time with are family and those we work with . . . AND, these relationships can get VOLATILE. So the question is : How do we handle volatile relationships within these two groups ?
