On Master Mind Strength & Conditioning Podcast, we will be continuing our third series. For this series will talk with coaches about program design and exercise selection, should sports coaches have a say or input on what is being done. In our final episode of this series, we talked to Michael Vaughan of Merrimack College. Coach Vaughan is the Director of Women’s Ice Hockey Operations. Both Coach and myself are alumni of Fitchburg State University. It was great to connect, I remember his name being thrown around the exercise and sports science department. After speaking with him I wish I reached out to him earlier in my career. Not only does Coach Vaughan have experience in the college setting but, also in the private setting being able to work under Coach Mike Boyle.
