On Master Mind Strength & Conditioning Podcast, we have a special episode with second time guest Coach Frances Stephenson. Coach Frances is now the Director of Olympic Sports Performance at Northern Illinois University. In this episode Coach Frances wanted to speak about Kobe Bryant’s mamba mentality. How she has taken lessons from Kobe to grow not just as a strength coach, but also as a person. At MMSC our thought and prayers go out to all those and their families who lost their lives with Kobe and his daughter on January 26, 2020.
