Welcome to Master Mind Strength and Conditioning Podcast. This week will be the first episode in our new formatting style. We are moving away from a short series of topic style to different topics episode by episode. The hope is that we will be able to upload episodes more consistently plus allow for each episode to be more open in the conversation. For episode 27 of the podcast, I was able to talk with Coach Will Franco from the University of Maryland. Coach Franco is the Assistant Strength & Conditioning Coach for Baseball and Field Hockey. We dive into talking about Buy-in with teams and coaches. We also touched on the topic of coaching baseball, and of course got sidetracked about living in Massachusetts.
