Welcome to Master Mind Strength and Conditioning Podcast. For episode 29 of the podcast, I had the opportunity to get Rick Meldrum from Fusion Sport on this episode. I first met Rick during my first internship at UMass Lowell back in 2015. He ran the internship program during my year and half I was there.
