In this week’s podcast episode, I talked about how the story we tell ourselves impacts the quality of our lives and our relationships. This is especially true when we’re faced with difficult situations, and our minds start racing and our thoughts are based in fear, worry and lack.   We've all been in a hard situation where emotions were high and our thoughts are out of control and we jump on the freight train going 100 miles per hour, and there's no stopping us.  This only causes us major anxiety and pain, and left unresolved can impact us and others for years.

If you want to elevate the quality of your life and your relationships, you need to start analyzing and questioning the story you’re telling yourself, and have conversations with the people in your life that challenge you the most. I shared two strategies to analyze and change the story you’re telling yourself, one is done with the person you're struggling with, and the other is a self-discovery journey.
