Taking time for self-care is so important right now. We have been locked down, isolated and quarantined from our friends, family and colleagues and it has been hard. That is why I created this podcast episode today. These 4 ideas will bring you peace and calm during any periods of overwhelm or angst. You can apply 1 or all 4, but at the very least, apply one strategy to begin with, and then move on to another.
