In this episode of Master Your Marketing, I share with you my insights to live launching and how I feel like after 4 years I've finally found what aligns with me and my energy. 

Some people love live launching but for me I find that by the end of it I'm completley exhausted and feel like I need a holiday. This time around I did things a little different and ensured I listened to my body when I needed to rest, took time out for a hair appointment and pre-planned my content leading up to the launch.
