When I first started as an Ad Manager I really felt like I was trying to figure it out all on my own. It felt challenging and lonely at times. Today there is a lot more support and communties that you can be apart of to help you along in your journey. 

I share in this episode my 3 things I wish I had implemented sooner when I started out, but we all learn along the way. I hope that one of these you will implement or help you to consider the type of business you would like to create.
