“At the end of the year, I always sit and I think, what am I most grateful for? And you know, what's crazy is I was most grateful for the worst moments. because I could see how I processed myself through them. And I could see such huge growth like, I could just see and it made me proud of how you had navigated them. And so, yeah, I really just think it's every single thought that I have. Is just let's uncover what this is, because when I can, then I can propel forward. I really can truly see everything that I uncover that feels uncomfortable is a way to move forward.”
