Originally growing up in South Africa, Grant shares his journey through the military with aviation and parachute testing and how these apply to real world and business and life decisions.

He also shares his experience in taking over and running Rotorway helicopters, the largest and oldest kit manufacturer. and more recently his setting up of the Ifly Indoor skydiving facility in Seattle.

Even though Grant wasn't born with wings, he certainly acts like was with all the time spent in the sky.
