The real estate market in Maui is performing differently in many areas. In some areas, home prices are rising and in other areas, the price is slightly increasing. Overall, inventory is low, which creates a good opportunity for home sellers across the island.

Just in the last year, prices rose by 8% in the Kihei market. On top of this, we're seeing a seller's market taking shape around the island. You can expect multiple offers if your home is priced right and in good condition.
