I’m honoured to talk and interview one of my personal heroes, world-renowned neuroscientist DR. Moran Cerf, who boasts one of the most impressive resumes you`ll ever find. Going from robbing banks and hacking video games to now cracking open the skull and peeking inside the brain while the person is still living, Moran now uses his wealth of knowledge to consult Hollywood shows, teach marketing and attention management to businesses, and even record your dreams.

Max Out Insight:• We are every day being influenced unconsciously by our work-office, household partners, peers and even strangers that we clearly do not have any relationship. The people we choose to spend time with will have major effects on our day to day pursue of success, being surrounded by people who can lift you higher is an essential key to growth. In essence, we become more like the people we hang out with.• Being honest with yourself is a major key to succeed and live your life at its fullest. If we aren’t honest, then we can’t expect to learn and grow as individuals. We have to be willing to recognize reality for what it is before we can change it. Honesty takes practice and is something done on a daily basis, but when honesty meets your willingness to change, there is no telling the ways you can grow and improve.• Our abilities to manage the flow of thought and emotion will have significant contribution to our happiness. We can create paradise or hell in our own minds. Developing the capacity to choose how to interpret and evaluate the situation is essential to keeping consistency and balance in our lives.• You have the ability to influence your experience and improve the filters of environment and information. A trained quality that the younger we start, the better we become. If we do not control our environment, our environment creates and control us and for that reason, shaping it directly is the same as shaping your thoughts and behaviours indirectly.• Take advantage of your dreams and make sure that before going to bed, you implement these tools into your routine. Reflecting on your daily successes and failures and taking the feedback of what worked and what did not. Expressing gratitude towards the people who helped and inspired you and also considering ways to thank others and give back value. Doing a quick review of your short-term goals and writing down the urgent and important plans for the following day.

Max Out Quotes:• “The world that you experience is up to you to manifest.”• “Things that are on your mind will leak into your dreams. It’s important to direct your attention.”• “If you don’t like it, don’t forget you didn’t like it when you have a position of power to do to others.”• “Our brains are very easily manipulated, even though we think we are smart.”• “If there’s a cake in your house, you will at some point eat it. The trick is not to have it and ideally, have someone who has more power helping you.”• “Our brain that is supposed to protect us will fail. We need help from entities, friends or systems created to allow us to do it.”
