On episode 9 of Maxx's Minutes, I have with me a very special guest, fellow Compass agent, and the principal of my team Julia Hoagland. Julia is a true legend in New York City real estate with over $750M in sales and many accolades including being ranked #25 of NYC agents by the Wall Street Journal Real Trends and having a team that has been #1/2/3 in our office from 2013-2019. For this episode, we discussed Julia's background and the impact it had on her real estate career, her annual trip to Hong Kong to discuss investing in NYC real estate, and finally the impacts of COVID not just in terms of real estate but also how New York will bounce back. Maxx has translated those experiences into the real estate industry becoming a problem solver for his clients and bringing fresh innovative ideas to the table. Maxx was born and raised in Westport, Connecticut. Surrounded by real estate his entire life through his father’s company, SCA Crowley Real Estate Services, Maxx felt passionate in following the footsteps of his family.
