We invited YC Xie, a Ross MBA and MPH(Master of Public Health) class of 2018 dual degree graduate, to share his Commercial Leadership Program experience at Amgen. Meet YC Xie! 

YC Xie was born and raised in Shanghai, China. Prior to Ross, he worked at several different companies in China including McDonald as a HR manager. Since HR roles were about cost management, he wanted to do something making profits and revenues, which became a strong motivation to do an MBA degree at Ross. Also due to his family background, he had lots of interests in the healthcare industry, making him pursue a dual degree in MPH. As a marketing manager at Amgen now, he is a parent of a dog, two cats and a hamster now!
