I was labelled the ”Firebrand” for speaking up in Academy football about many concerns and integrity. Turns out, this is not a good move for your football career!I’ll share lots of coaching and scouting experiences and methods that could help you if your involved in youth football or a football parent. I’ll share all I know and learned about holistic player development and how recruitment departments analyse and select players. This includes the different dynamics of youth and senior.

I’ll be talking about the rigours of non-league football. How I believe you can really create a sustainable amateur ”pathway” football club with real identity and opportunities.

I’ll share some of my bonkers journey in business and how we can help each other to make sense of this ever frustrating landscape of corruption misery and cruelty. I will look into people, coaching and leadership.

I’ll talk about trying to change the cycle of poverty & dysfunctionality personally.I’ll challenge the cruel bullying debt industry & seek tighter control and rules. Also, how I coped and got through it when you can’t see a future without those vultures. When you hit bad luck, you keep getting knocked down, you feel like your losing your purpose, your confidence. how and why should you bother? How can you build your resilience back and face it head on?

Defining success, you might be doing a lot better than you realise.

After that deep stuff, this might surprise you, my favourite thing is laughing, I’ll talk through some of the stories that have helped me keep going and the comedy, with some guests I’ll also look at the essential hobbies like, walking, golf and cooking.

This podcast is put together for people that might be desperate. To hopefully gain some hope. In particular, suicide in men has recently been the biggest cause of death aged under 49. I get it, I’ve been there, but together we can talk and get through it. Of course, if its 3/4 men then that’s still 1 in 4 too many women also.
