Which factors contribute to our lives being meaningful and what can we do to be happy? For so many of us our relationships are the most important things in life, but what is a healthy relationship? At no point in our education are we offered a course on how to have a healthy relationship- with ourselves or with others.
Scott and his guests will explore these questions through the use of affect theory (the building blocks of emotions), the most current research in the fields of psychology, neuroscience, and philosophy, and discussion around the various ways shame inhibits our lives from being meaningful and happy.
