Appearances can be deceiving and our thoughts and emotions don’t always line up with reality. What can we do about this? One solution is to develop a logical process that includes questions that help us understand and discern the truth about what we’re thinking and feeling. We’ll discuss this along with two of Aesop’s fables on the subject of appearance, and I’ve included some resources to help us in this endeavor.
