This meditation will help you find the important ingredients that make success in life possible, success in family, in love, at work, in health, well-being and in general in any area of ​​life.I am going to ask you to put yourself in a place where you are comfortable and where no one will interrupt you and where you can relax completely. Place your body in a comfortable position for you.

I am going to ask you to relax your body and pay close attention to what I am going to tell you.
