Need a midday break from your workday? Take a few minutes to breathe,  re-center your mind, and beat your afternoon slump. 

You can use this simple technique any time of the day and it is safe for everyone. 

[TECHNIQUE]

  • Inhale thru your nose for 4 counts
  • Pause your breathing for 4 counts
  • Exhale thru your nose for 8 counts
  • Repeat as long as you'd like (recommended 5-10mins)
