In this episode, I reflect briefly on what the yin and yang energies mean to me. But most importantly, to encourage everyone to continuously check in with yourself, to find out what type of energy you need to hone more of in that particular day. One is not better than the other. Doing is not better than being, and vice versa. But if we take that moment to pause and really check in and listen to our bodies, we can decide - hmmm... I'm on holiday and I'm a lazy f*ck, maybe a functional training session is best for me today. Or damn, I really went at it these past few weeks, I'm gonna take it easy and do some light stretches for this session. LISTEN TO YOUR BODY. Then decide what to do.
