The term "Spanda" in Sanskrit refers to the Divine Creative Pulsation of Consciousness, while "Karikas" denotes a collection of verses. These timeless verses, originating over a millennium ago, encapsulate the wisdom of Shaiva Tantra Meditation, offering invaluable insights for our modern lives. In the container of this Yoga Nidra practice, we are guided into a state of deep relaxation, where we effortlessly tap into our own inner pulsating creative awareness.
