Part two of the reading of the latest application from Canadian John Graham who was extradited from Canada to the USA.  His case presents serious questions of both the Canadian and US governments in relation to the Waiver of Specialty granted by the Canadian Justice Minister at the time, and former State Attorney of SD Marty Jackley.

Though John Graham may be guilty of killing Anna Mae Aquash, there cannot be justice if the process by which he was convicted by was unfair or if injustices were committed in the name of justice.
