Shut and be grateful if you want to live a sane life. As a person who has lived her entire life with depression and anxiety, I know a thing or two about the power of gratitude. It is my number one strongest weapon against the darkness that lurks around just waiting for an opening to steal my life. Warning, it will make you annoying perky and some grumps around you might stop being your friend.  Yay!

Sounds extreme, but that is the reality of a brain hardwired for depression and anxiety. Gratitude keeps me going. It keeps me on the side of light and it is also the secret to all of my successes.
