CAN HAIR BE SPIRITUAL? We will find out today as we dive into the world of feeling the fear and doing it anyway on Just Go For It.

Yes, it's my very first podcast - ever.  And I'm so proud I finally did it! I just got up this morning, thought about it like I've been doing for months, but then I did something different. I plugged in the microphone, threw a pillow behind it to "reduce noise" or something, and went for it!

I stopped listening to all the stupid stories I've been telling myself about why I couldn't do this and it wasn't time yet. We all tell ourselves stupid stories all the time.  The fancy name for them is "limiting beliefs."  I like stupid stories better. It puts them in their proper perspective. Especially when they are about the spirituality of my hair!

These things not only hold us back in our spiritual journey, but in our businesses, our relationships and our very lives. An entrepreneur who believes their stupid stories cannot succeed! You need to just suck it up already and JUST GO FOR IT!
