If you recall I was asked back in October (www.meltsinyourpocket.com/blog/la-chocolate-salon-contest) to be a part of the LA chocolate salon. And just like in LA, San Francisco has it's own chocolate salon www.sfchocolatesalon.com They asked me to be a judge again and companies from all over sent me chocolate to judge. I didn't want to post a video of me sitting and reviewing all that chocolate...it took me 5+ hours (straight) tasting chocolate to get through them all.
