Jon Macaskill’s and Will Schneider’s "Men Talking Mindfulness" podcast is something special and a rarity. It feels like they are pouring their hearts out, sharing their journey and wisdom with anyone who listens. The guests are amazing too! I’ve been following Jon and Will on LinkedIn, and their podcast is my absolute favorite. Meeting Jon was an incredible experience. I already thought he was the coolest and bravest, especially being in the military. My respect for him grew even more when I discovered how genuine and caring he is. It was easy to talk with him, and I left wanting to know even more about his experiences. He’s someone you can count on to always be there for you. It’s rare to find individuals like that. Jon and Will’s advice on mindfulness and meditation has been a game-changer for me. They are exactly the people you hear on the podcast—humble, real, and just so caring. Their approach to mindfulness is both calming and practical. Listening to them is like a mini meditation session. They share their knowledge in such a soothing, insightful way. Their leadership and professionalism are incredibly inspiring. They are true role models and have helped me through adversities without even knowing it. There have been many times when I felt insecure or resistant to change. Their positive influence on my life has been huge. Meeting Jon was transformative—I couldn’t stop smiling ear to ear. Afterward, I felt more at ease and aware, like a weight had been lifted off my shoulders. In a world where masculinity is evolving, the podcast has been a beacon of hope. It’s changed my perspective and, I’m sure, that of many others. Jon and Will are inspiring, selfless leaders and humble professionals in every way. They are creating a movement, and I highly recommend everyone join. Jon and Will embody true masculinity, a refreshing contrast to social media facades. Talking to Jon felt like meeting my future self. I feel so lucky to have crossed paths with him. Your sense of brotherhood has made me better in ways I never imagined—teaching me to be present and mindful. The way you share stories and open up has encouraged me to do the same, and I’m proud of it. I am the luckiest! Everyone will be touched by what you both teach, and I highly recommend everyone listen to the podcast.
This podcast and the hosts have been my companions for the last four years, give or take. Two individuals with vastly different backgrounds can connect and engage a varied audience and carefully selected guests on the show. You can immediately start looking for breakthrough information. What I love about it is that it combines conversation and meditation. Sometimes, the meditation takes place during the show; other times, you can pick a meditation that suits you, recorded between seasons by Will or John. These guys are not trying to be perfect. They are simply authentic and would love to have more people join. So come and join; you will find something for yourself.
