Welcome back to another episode of 'Menopause Uprising' with me, Catherine O'Keeffe. Menopause in the workplace. It is, pardon the pun, a really hot topic in Ireland at the moment. It actually is the world over. Ireland is certainly leading the conversation, which is brilliant. And I have been really privileged to work with one of the forerunners in Ireland, which has been the ESB. Today, I'm joined by Laura Duff and Brian Samson from the ESB.

Brian talks about how his own understanding of menopause has grown immensely over the last 18 months due to the Menopause Program. The symptoms are wide-ranging and can profoundly affect women's daily lives, especially when combined with workplace pressures.

A crucial aspect of the Menopause Program at ESB is normalizing the conversation in the workplace and helping both women and men better understand this phase of life.
