Sometimes, something great just happens. The Mental Health Circus is one of those great things. Beginning as a Facebook support group, the Mental Health Circus has become a family for some and a lifeline for others as people around the world support one another through serious mental illness. Appreciating that something unique has happened within the group, members joined together to form this podcast as a way to reach others who could benefit from this support. Long-time members, new members and special guests join together in a round table style show to break through stigma and offer hope.
