My interview with Founder of Riverlife John Sharpe and Managing Director Nichole Were shows how under the right conditions relationships between employee and employer can blossom into successful business partnerships.

John started Riverlife started in 2004 and Nichole first joined in 2006 for 3-4 years after finishing her degree with The University of QLD. Nichole then came back 2 years later after expanding her tourism industry knowledge in the Whitsundays to partner with John and start Adventure Moreton Island and P&O Edge.

John has several other businesses and partners and with each one he shares how important finding the right partner and supporting each other has been integral in each of their successes.
