In Today's episode I teach the present moment practice of the Remembering Breath. Our minds are trained to live continually in the past or future. In the past we cherish what has come before, wishing it was the good ol' days again or dwell on an event that caused pain. Modern culture chants the mantra of more is better, never settle, go,go,go. The future beckons us to fantasize or worry about goals, promises, or just making money. Interestingly, what fills some of our deepest needs and desire like contentment, belonging, peace, happiness, and deep love are experienced in the present moment. Every meaningful thing unfolds in the present moment and most of us are so entranced by the past and future that we miss the majority of what is happening here and now. I invite you to practice being alive in the present moment with this simple tool of the Remembering breath.
