I have always snickered at Vision boards because they remind me of an Amway pep rally conference.  This kind of "Dream Building" centered around fancy cars, loads of money and don't forget the Prevost Luxury Buses.  Because of this prejudice I dismissed the idea of making a vision board.  I consider myself a hard worker and that through my efforts I would reach my goals.  However, I found over time I would set way too many goals that quickly were forgotten. The mental energy to purely exert my way to completion eventually led to burn out.  I didn't know HOW to accomplish them and would usually decide that I didn't want that goal anymore. Over the last year I have been consciously creating my life from the energy of Joy and Gratitude.  Joy and gratitude in my relationships, Joy in my life coaching business and joyfulness in mind and body.
